So I guess there is actually quite a lot to say about resistors as well.
Nice video, interesting to see these big resistors.
A college once told me, that he saw the big old "ceramic tube" type resistors being actually watercooled by a copper pipe through the hole in the middle, which I found pretty interesting.
I would imagine they would only do that if they already are watercooling other components.
I have never seen that. But another type of resistor I have seen used is a 3 phased 1MW test resistor for generator sets. 3 large brass tubes that could be lowered into a large salt water bath. That is both a resistor and water cooled at the same time :)

I have a question can i replace 5w cement resistor 3.9ohm to 4.7o ohm?that will not be couse any damages to PCB board?
You need to keep a good distance to PCB and other components, as radiated heat will damage components that are too close.
Are those aluminium encased ones also film resistors?
I think they are wire-wound. Could be wrong.
They are most likely wire wound on a ceramic form, like the good old ones, then just put into a resin and a heat sink housing.
What can high power variable resistors be useful for? I have a few but they never felt useful.
Most dummy loads can for example not operate for AC loads. A resistor can.
Great for bias points in large vacuum tube amplifiers or oscillators. Supply on middle led and one of each end goes out to each their tube in a push-pull configuration.
