Dived apo reef in 1985 was 20 years old i remember walking up the little steps in the light house ,lived on a diving boat for 7 days .

Yes is a Protected area :) All 34-square kilometer area is consider Protected Area under the category of Natural Park! Was an amazing experience! 🇵🇭🏝
