Just been doing some research on my the parkrun where I grew up as I fancy doing it, 25 years or so I lived there and I think even I would get lost in that wooded area!! 😂Saw you at Northwich a few weeks ago which is my new home parkrun!

That's a very nice wooded park run but is certainly confusing! Some tough hills in there too... Great running
Yeah it is a good run and we were lucky because it was mostly shaded. The hills were quite subtle and challenging.
My favourite part of this Parkrun is the free refreshments afterwards.

My home Parkrun, I spotted myself at around 27:12, you was way ahead of me! Great running again mate!
