I do like the countdown signals better when they only count down when the hand is flashing.
Me to.... But in non busey intersections I dont like the countdowns really
Yeah, they do seem to make more sense at busy intersections. In Boston I've seen some installed at not-so-busy intersections where the flashing phase is rather short.
