- In this podcast episode, Swami Chidananda delves into the fascinating world of astrology, hand reading, and past life regression, exploring how humanity's quest to demystify the past and foresee the future reveals that these endeavours often stem from a yearning to overcome the fear of the unknown.
Swami also shares that the root cause of our fear is rooted in our attachment to the physical form and identity. Only by embracing our eternal nature can we unravel the enigma of fear. Tune in and embark on a journey of self-awareness, unity, and compassion.

Namaskaram 🙏 I have 2 questions, both regarding parents.
1st question: All over social media people show that is very important to make our parent proud, including my parent who almost sacrificed their own happiness to make their parents happy, but I notice no one end up being happy. The question is, is it our duty in this life to make our parent proud even if we have to sacrifice our own dream?
2nd question: As I continue to follow my guru Sadhguru and do my sadana daily for four years and still continuing and I continuously become more aware my habits and patterns that hurts me so I work on it to change it. Then, I see my parents and siblings who are suffering on the same patterns and habits but they won’t listen to me when I tell them. They keep reeling me meditation is not good so they avoid it. I get angry which I’m aware of then I just avoid and don’t say anything at all. I tend to stay quiet now as I try to talk before it end up hurting me more and I become mean to my family which makes me feel worse. The question is, it okay to stay quiet?
1. Your highest duty in life is the realize God. Once you understand that, you will then have more clarity to navigate any other dharmas that arise.
