Really? I have to disagree. As a plumbing contractor for over 35 years, the first thing I notice is there are no hot and cold water hoses, no electric cords, no drain hose, no dryer duct, no gas line for the dryer; all the connections that really limit how far they can turn or move while connected. These employees clearly infer that the machines are used regularly as it is suggested that they might be moving because of the action of the machines. Obviously a set up hoax.

I believe the one with the sleepwalking man was real, mainly because it perfectly matches what occurs in a house haunted by a demonic poltergeist.
Demons can sometimes cause sleepwalking in a person and torment them while the move about in their sleep, even if the person later has no recollection of what happened.
And of course, it's not uncommon for spirits to manipulate objects. The fridge door opening, water jugs moving, and chair scooting across the floor are all paranormal occurrences.
I speak partly from research I have done but also from a friend who messed with a ouija board. I warned him not to mess with demons, but he did so anyway. Days later, he complained to me that his car was acting up. Whenever the cat would suddenly sit up and stare streight ahead at a seemingly empty space, he would take a picture with his phone. Animals can see things we can't as can cameras. And when I looked at the picture on his phone, the photo revealed there was a white whisp with black eyes in front of the cat.
