    I cooked with olive oil is that ok. Or should l drink it from the tes spoon on a daily basic. Thanks

      If you're using regular or light olive oil, you can use it for cooking at low temperatures. However, since these oils are refined, they lack some of the beneficial compounds found in extra virgin olive oil, which is unrefined and packed with health-boosting antioxidants and nutrients. To maximize the health benefits of EVOO, you can drink or eat it, 2 tbsp is what experts recommend. You can drizzle it over salads, mix it into cooked rice, or as a dip for bread. Hope this helps!
