*NOTE* - If you look in the video description, there is a link to other EVGA Power Supplies that I've done.
*PLEASE NOTE* - they are old, my channel was THREE WEEKS old when I did them, so don't laugh too hard! :)
I may redo them, they really could use the modern touch... but they at least let you see what a three week old UA-cam channel looks like compared to a 10 month old one :)

Tech Deals This channel has come such a long way, as have you. Major kudos. Watched the old vids and it's definitely still you, but your delivery and on screen presence is as good as some of the UA-cam old timers. Put it this way. If you publish a vid, I'll watch it ASAP. They're that good. Often thought about trying something like this myself, but UK/EU based and focused.

I have a G2 750, when ON the Eco Switch will stop the fan until the internal reaches a certain temperature, when OFF the fan will spins all the time at different speeds. So to resume, with the ECO activated, depending on the wattage your system uses, the PSU fan won't spin and it is totally silent. By the way, the G2 has a 10 years warranty where as the GQ has 'only' 5 years.

I prefer the G2's because of full modular ability, to some it doesn't matter but I want clean cables. Semi isn't bad by any means I just like full. And overall I like to make sure I have an extra 100-200 watts then really needed for extra overclocking head room and if I throw in extra drives or fans or anything really.

Compared to the Corsair TXM series (2017, black and grey labels) is the EVGA GQ series better, worse or just about the same? Just wondering which series I should go for, whether it's quality, value for money, or because they're so close, just go for whichever is cheaper on the day.
I did read on jonnyGURU that the different watts also had slightly different performances despite being in the same series, so if there is a difference in choice depending on which watt level is selected, a suggestion for the different watts would be appreciated too.
Very informative videos, literally the best explanations and suggestions I've come across and easily understood even for starters and rookies to computer hardware. Definitely recommending your videos to anyone that wants an explanation for any hardware.
