Not to mention, his lawyer will have a field day. There is an exemption of presidence (I’m spelling that wrong sorry) where if someone has been allowed to do something commonly before, they are given the right to continue to do it. For example on a reddit case where this was warned, a scammer tried to sell a giant portion of land to the redditor, only to block himself off the property. He did it in order to get the full value of the land, rather than the value he would have received if he had sold it with the land connected to his house. He then demanded that the redditor open his gate and allow him through as ‘decency’ but everyone on reddit warned the redditor against that, citing this provision as a risk of being ripped off.
This is how American laws work, idk why they always involve the cops. They want someone to be a witness or what? I lived on SE Asia and kids always ring the bell on some random house, that kids lived on the same neighborhood as the owner house. One time maybe the owner really had a bad day and catch that kid and tie him up on front of this kid house because he knew his parents not at home that day, this kid maybe spend about 2-3 hours until the parents coming home. Two adult guys had a fight but no one give a fuck, AND NO COPS INVOLVE.
This teacher rapped a girl in the janitor closet she was the popular pretty mean girl she never came back to school the teacher was arrested for impregnated her and rape under age ect. The girl got an abortion cause she did not want the baby from a rapist and she was underave
A few years ago, my little brothers middle school got false bomb threats as well im pretty sure the kids got arrested too but they were also threatening anyone who went to the park in front of the middle school. Fast forward about two years after that, we both went to high school and there were more classmates making false threats, this time they were threatening to shoot up the school and for the rest of my high school years they upped the security by adding more guards and a metal detector
That school shooting story That took place on September 7th 2012 in Normal Illinois at Normal Community High School ‘Brendon’ got charged with sixteen felonies
Are you kidding me?? I just looked up an article. Wtf? Combined with OP’s testimony, that was clearly a cry for help. That situation could have ended in his suicide, and instead of getting him help, they charge him with not 1 or 5 (for the shots made) felonies, but 16?? All that’s done is guaranteed that he’ll never get a career again. That was far overkill and the police and judge in charge of the case should be ashamed of themselves.
We had a kid from the wrong side of the tracks get nominated for Student of the Month because he'd been trying to turn his life around the last couple of months. The way it works is that a bunch of kids get nominated, then the teachers vote. This kid went around to each and every teacher in the school campaigning for Student of the Month. "Come on, when am I going to get something like this again?" he asked. The teachers all voted for him, and he won. Literally minutes after they announced his name and took his picture, the cops came and arrested him for stealing cell phones out of kids' lockers.
I remember a kid that always got high in my class in 6th grade. He came in high on the weekly and no one knew what to do so we just sat with it. Towards the end of the school year he was caught drinking lean and the officers were involved. He wouldn’t tell where he got it. Surprisingly for the rest of middle school he still wasn’t expelled or arrested even with the repeated run ins with getting high on the black tops.
A gipsy kid in my middle school got arrested by the cops for stealing an Iphone 10 in front of the school one day before. He was flexing the hall day with it, saying he bought it xD

a kid at my school put a sandwich in the microwave for about 20 minutes it exploded, and the microwave caught fire and blew up. he was expelled and nobody has heard from him since.
Once upon a time, my school had a arcade video game in the cafeteria. A few kids GRABBED THE GAME, AND THREW IT OUT THE WINDOW. (Breaking the window in the process) No idea how that even fit through the window. Kids weren’t expelled but now my school has no fun things in the cafeteria. This was in middle school.
I have a feeling that Brendon just wanted to be taken away from his situation, and since his parents refused for whatever reason to transfer him, he decided to force their hand and gave the police a reason to take him to Juvie. I’d say that’s sadly smart, since I’m not sure how his life will improve with Juvie on his record, but I’m glad he didn’t take his life (he didn’t shoot anyone ether, just shot in the air, according to OP.)
I’m sorry but the first story just annoyed me like why didn’t the old lady just say stop plus that kid was only a middle schooler! Like... I mean I know no one asked but if it was me I would have been proud!😂
We went on lockdown like twenty minutes into class and nobody knew why. Me and my friend were from another class because our teacher had quit weeks ago, so we didn’t really know anyone in that class. We sat next to each other in a tall bookcase and I sat next to another boy I had spoken to only once, everyone was squeezed together to stay out of sight and our legs were touching. Teacher is trying to calm the class down because they’re laughing and talking, nobody knows what’s going on. Everybody pretty much goes silent once the teacher comes back crying, somebody asks her what’s going and she she says she doesn’t know. Minutes later our officer comes into the room and hand on her hip, I’m assuming gripping her gun or taser, she’s yelling “Put your hands up. Get up.” Just saying that all over again. She started coming my way, I was terrified. She grabs the boy next to me, yanking him up, desks were knocked over as she put his hands behind his back and patted him down. As she grabs his left side, something clatters to the ground, she puts him in handcuffs and quickly drags him out the room. Another girl is screaming crying as he had threatened her earlier in the day and she thought he was joking. My friend put her head on my leg and I was frozen, just terrified. I’ll admit, I’m a sheltered kid, I grew up in a pretty good area where stuff like this doesn’t happen often, especially not at school. I’ve witnessed a drive by, (where nobody got hurt) an attempt at suicide, and somebody bringing weed brownies to school but this was the most serious thing I’ve witnessed. I didn’t cry until my mom picked me up from school. But Jesus, being so close to someone with a gun, my leg was touching his and I thought I was safe. He’s probably not coming back to school next year, but he might be back the next and I don’t know how I’ll handle that.
I've known a kid who got arrested for bringing a gun to school, and he was straight up expelled honey. You don't bring a gun to school and just get off with a little jail time. That kid was definitely expelled, you don't need to worry about seeing him again.
I don't know if this counts but back in elementary school, we had 2 kids get stopped by police because they had weapons in their backpack and planned on doing something bad with the school but I was about 6 at the time so I knew nothing.
I once heard an officer arresting a kid in another room, he said something like “I’m gonna need to bring you to the station” the kid yelled “I got work!” Which clearly didn’t help. Another kid dropped a pipe full of weed out of his pocket on the way into a classroom. He was just suspended but I REALLY wish he was arrested because he pissed everyone off on a daily basis.
Not exactly arrested, but just got in big BIG trouble from her parents, she stuffed a girls arm in a little locker (wasn’t a locker, more like a little hole with a door) she started SLAMMING the door on her arm, she cried and cried and even broke her arm, the teacher and the parents suspended her and got grounded for like 2 years.
Not a teacher, but my sophomore year of high school, a junior who was a bit of a troublemaker got arrested between classes for, IIRC, drug possession. Fairly uneventful, but also not something that happens regularly.
10:49 Sure looking back on it now you feel guilty, but I still really feel for that poor girl. Especially when paranoia about being accepted is such an integral part of HS life, can only imagine what she was feeling through those moments.
10:50 The Stephanie April fool’s thing is actually a horrible thing to do. Anger issues or not I think anyone would be rightfully upset at that kind of treatment. That is not a “prank”. A good prank should be something the person being pranked can laugh about too. What this supposed “friend” and the entire rest of the class did to Stephanie was just cruel. Especially thinking about it from the perspective of one of the classmates who didn’t know her well yet went along with it anyway. What if Stephanie had a rough home life, struggled in school, was just having a bad day, etc? What if the interactions that she had at school were the only positive interactions she had regularly? What if her school friends were her only friends and the only source of comfort and companionship? Those classmates wouldn’t know. Yet they went along with this “prank” anyway. It’s more messed up than you’d think.
When I was in high school there was this kid who had been from what I’ve heard sexually harassing one of the special needs girls, whom he’d been dating and was pissed she broke up with him. He was brought into the principals office to discuss it, he was a little special himself btw. I’d been coming into school late that day because of a doctors appointment or something. As I was coming into the school two police officers where dragging him out. Turns out he’d attacked the principal, I’d heard he’d tried to strangle her. She was away from school for a while after that so couldn’t say for sure.
When the book fair came to my school, there were some books with tiny packages of toys attatched to them. people in my class would vandalize the books by tearing open the packages and stealing the toys or throwing them around the room. They also tried to frame a teacher for stealing by putting books in his bag, those books weren’t paid for. Thankfully the teacher did not get in trouble and adults realized what really happened. I believe the whole class got in trouble because the teachers couldn’t identify the few students who ruined everything. That is just one of the many stories of how messed up middle school was.
There was one lady who was volunteering at the book fair and was in the library when this happened. It was one of my classmates mom. And I’m pretty sure that classmate was one of the people who vandalized the book fair. If the mom had a feeling it was him, he definitely got in trouble with her when he got home.
this is the only one i have related to. so in 8th grade their was this kid that everyone called “roach” (i have no idea why tho) and pretty much everyone knew that he sold drugs and stuff. on the day of the valentines day dance some 6th grader decided to get some FUCKING MOLLY and didn’t know how to handle it. everyone just assumed she got it from him so i guess one of her friends decided to snitch. him and i shared the same home room and we all saw cop cars...so yeah
Best guess he got that nickname as the term roach is used in conjunction with drugs. As in "In America. The roach is the end of the joint which cannot be smoked without a roach clip, because the smoker's fingers would be burnt. The roach contains the most resin and is stronger than the rest of the joint because THC smoke has passed through and settled on it with each inhalation."
A kid in my 7th grade English class was picked up by police for apparently making BB slingshots out of broken mechanical pencils and selling them for candy money. There had been some injuries the past couple of days from them being used in fights. The kid was a genius
i was part of a unit very similar to S.W.A.T but in europe for 7 years, here calls in schools are really really rare but one time we got a call that a kid had an AK in his school bag, we didn't really believe it but we did show up and stormed the class to take the kid and his bag, he had an AKS74U (a rare short barreled soviet assault rifle). i wonder what that kid was up too
@@Wackymushrooms judging by the neighboorhood i think he must have been involved with some drug traficking or weapons smugling from eastern europe, i'm happy that kid didn't have time to use the rifle
I wish I had seen this sub before you made the video. On my first day of 6th grade we were in the gym doing jumping jacks when police officers came running through the middle of our class. They went behind the bleachers and started yelling. You could hear a struggle then a few minutes later they come walking out with a kid in handcuffs. We'd been in class for a half hour and had no idea he was even there. It was super weird. I still have no idea who the kid was or what had happened.
Ok but it honestly pisses me off when people refer to kids who act out and cause violence without reason as "punks." Punks often get a bad rap because of they generally have a more edgy aesthetic but punks are some of the most kindhearted, accepting people I've had the privilege of meeting. They're way nicer than your basic pop chick who dresses in ways that are "acceptable" to society. Punks get their reputation because while being generally harmless people, they're not afraid to act out if necessary. People who go around causing trouble for the hell of it are not real punks. They might look like your stereotypical punk but true punk culture is respecting others. They may seem like violent people from first glance but it's only to protect themselves or other people. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk
This kid brought a knife to school and told some girls then the cops came. We used to date and he would text me about how he wanted to shoot up a school and end innocent lives and then his own. I told the principal but they didn't do anything to him. Still pisses me off to this day.
There was a kid in my school that was really friendly to me but still really sketchy. He would argue with students and teachers all the time, constantly get punished and would always act rude and sketchy near girls. He would also beat up students inferior to him. Next year I hear he got arrested for raping children.A half year or so later, some sort of person(don’t remember the name) came to the school who came and asked questions to me and other students who knew the boy if he touched them or did sexual things to them. Fortunately, the boy didn’t do anything to them but argue sometimes. I still wonder what he is going through now. TL;DR Boy acts friendly but sketchy, argues with students, gets arrested for raping kids, man later asks to others if he did anything bad to them
I wasnt but everything thought i was. First day of a new school in germany. Lived before in Canada and so i was older than everyone else. The entire year was in the auditory and we got more or less explained how the classes worked , intro of the teachers etc. Then in the middle there was a teacher who yelled the Police is here (my name) please come out immediatly. ( in German but they framed it terrible). I run out and everyone stared. Turned out a old man complained that my car was in the way (first day of school, and it was a big school, so everything was parked full and i was late that day) and the car belonged to my father. So by the time they had called him and got my name they were pretty annoyed. I just had to move my car and pay a fine. Plus later i couldnt find my class because again big school and the introduction had ended and they were showing the school grounds. So i showed up by the second day after i got called in by the police and failed to show up again later.
*we forgot Stephanie had anger issues* 😂😂😂😂😂 Reminds me of when I was playing a game with my family and I decided to pretend to draw on my brothers shirt(I did it with my finger) he punched me.
So fun story. During the 2012 apocalypse crisis, the band concert I was practicing ever day for a year for got cancelled due to a threat of two kids coming in and shooting the place up. School was cancelled, but there were no records of it. My mom called the local news station, and I got interviewed over the whole situation. Shit sucked... I was ready for the concert
That's actually a good reason why the news shouldn't report on stuff like that. Someone that's a few cans short of a six pack could go on a shooting spree, kill a bunch of people, and say they did it because the world's ending soon and they thought that would mean no consequences for his actions.
Well he left the school not arrested. T has threw a iPad at the teacher’s head, was racist, hurting people, damaging property, and cursing. He was a functioning autistic kid but was very violent and never punished. (Rip the 7th grade window)
He wasnt arrested during school but he got in a fight at school then when he went home some crap happened and nearly beat his mother to death. That happened in 7th grade.Came back in 8th grade and went back to juvenile for punching a kid in my p.e. class.
It's not bullying but that was pretty mean off the students to do that to her. It isn't bad for all people though, I could go the whole school day being ignored and not be affected at all.
For me, one of the kids at a high school had threatened on social media that he was going to "shoot up/bomb a school". The school wasn't specified. *We live in Canada.* But, regardless, all schools were put in lockdown and the kid was arrested in his classroom. I wish I coulda seen it, I was in 7th grade at the time, in home-ec. I can remember just wanting to grab one of the knives and hide behind this garbage can, but we had to huddle in the first kitchen. Damn uncomfortable.
In my town, there’s a big gang problem, and a student who was in a gang was shot by another gang member, when school started back up, the student who shot at the gang member said “I thought we killed u” that was a bad move, bc the kid who got shot beat up the kid who said that and soccerball kicked the kids head into a locker multiple times, both were arrested
Once during break, I was talking to this girl when one of the playground monitors yelled at her. She panicked and ran out of school grounds and was caught by a police officer miles away on the edge of town. She got expelled.
Kid tells another kid he’s gonna bring a gun to school cuz he’s pissed off about something, but he texts the wrong number and sends it to a girl in his class. He has a picture of him holding the gun and all. The next day the police come in with guns and practically carry him out of class. My friend was in his Spanish class when it happened, so he told us. They search his backpack and even though he doesn’t have a gun, he has a steak knife and hit list. That was fun.
There were a ton of drug busts in my High School. At least twice a year from sophomore year until graduation they had to clear the hallways so the cops could go through with their drug Dogs. The Dogs would sniff the lockers and they would, inevitably, find something. Mostly weed, but sometimes pills like Percocet or Xanax. I think they found heroin once.
a sixth grade girl shouldn’t get in trouble for having that in her back pack. guaranteed one of her older siblings told her to hold onto it and meet him/her after school
When I was in 6th grade, a kid was caught dealing drugs at school and he had marijuana and other stuff in his locker. He didn’t get arrested (at least I didn’t see it) but he didn’t show up at school again for another month.
Almost (probably) killed a kid for bullying some quiet kids and for weeks nobody -- teachers or admin -- did shit about it. I was about to grab a wooden stool and clock him in the back of the head as hard as I could (imagine clubbing someone above the nape of the neck with a 5 pound stool) And I'm glad I didn't. I had a girlfriend who needed me there for her (She has Muscular Dystrophy)
A kid at my school gave a laced dab pen to a couple of juniors and they went in the bathroom and smoked it. When they went back to class one passed out and the other had a seizure and was put in a medically induced coma for a few days. I was in the class when a teacher came and got him out. And then that cops got there and there was a lot of yelling that the whole school could hear
He joked around about shooting up the school. A couple of kids overheard him and told a few teachers. We were forced to leave lunch early and go on lockdown. The police came by, escorted the guy out of the room, and took him to the police station. He wasn't arrested though. I didn't care. I was just mad I didn't have enough time to eat.
For clarity, I’m using fake names and the kid didn’t (as far as we know) get arrested. So, this kid came to our class, let’s call him.. Daniel. We were told the usual, “Be nice. Treat him fairly.” Y’know? But then we found out that he had been expelled from his old school for throwing knives at some of the girls in his class. KNIVES. Daniel said he didn’t have any with him and threatened that he hopefully wouldn’t need to bring them in unless we pissed him off. My best friend had an unfortunate encounter with him in the boys toilets. So, my friend went into the bathroom and saw Daniel climbing the pipes and trying to break them. He told him to stop and he jumped down, walked over to him and (I quote) said, “Why would I want to do that? Now get out before I hit your head off the wall and laugh.” My friend came running out in tears and immediately told me. One day, after weeks of misery, Daniel never came in. Daniel never came in again. The teachers never said anything, no one seemed to know if he moved to a new school. Side note: Daniel had to get THERAPY while he was at our school. There was a teacher that took therapy lessons with him. I know because I had to go with him. Not because I needed therapy, but because he needed a trusted student with him.
I wasnt arrested but in 6th i was in recess and a school cop guy had me go tak to him for something i did (dont remeber) then he pulled out his phone and i took it then threw it into the road and cracked it then i just looked at him. (All i got was a detention)
I was detained in class for possession of marijuana. Low and behold I was innocent and my buddy tried to put me under bcuz we had an argument earlier and he later that day got Caught hitting a pen in the bathroom. The cop was no very nice and didn’t tell me my rights or anything.
kinda unrelated but ok...anyways i heard from a friend (from another school) that this one girl was sexually harassed and i think the guy got arrested? sorry if it sounds wierd :< another time some kids pulled the fire alarm and lastly we were on a field trip and this one kid was teasing his friend for getting in trouble and his friend got really mad and started punching and a fight broke out and that one cool teacher everyone likes said "well since its the last day of school we cant really suspend you..."
Some kid got into a fight and hit the kid so hard his tooth chipped. Cops came and found the kid was taking steroids. This was in sixth grade. Grow up in a shitty middle school.
That first story just pisses me off. Why not stop him, take him aside, and tell him dont do it. Why throw a comment and let it happen, then call the cops! It's just so stupid.

Worry not. I'm certain she wasn't locked up or anything.
I hate it when teachers can't blame a specific person so they just punish the whole class. The other kids did nothing wrong, why drag them into it
There was one lady who was volunteering at the book fair and was in the library when this happened.
The kid was a genius
i was part of a unit very similar to S.W.A.T but in europe for 7 years, here calls in schools are really really rare but one time we got a call that a kid had an AK in his school bag, we didn't really believe it but we did show up and stormed the class to take the kid and his bag, he had an AKS74U (a rare short barreled soviet assault rifle). i wonder what that kid was up too
"Short barreled SOVIET assault rifle"
The quiet kid: FOR DA MOTHERLAND.
@@Wackymushrooms judging by the neighboorhood i think he must have been involved with some drug traficking or weapons smugling from eastern europe, i'm happy that kid didn't have time to use the rifle
Maybe he was an assassin with a creed of honor to live up to?
@@kenshinhimura8708 the kid was like 16 years old, i doubt he would have been an hitman at that age
@@petitponeydu7727 you'd be surprised, I don't know how it is in europe but in the US teenagers involved with crime families get up to insane things.

At my school if some one was beating you up and you try too defend yourself you get arrested and go to juvie.
I dont really think the school system does anything to stop bullyying. I get bullied myself i feel really depressed but im too scared to tell anyone.
*we forgot Stephanie had anger issues*
😂😂😂😂😂
Reminds me of when I was playing a game with my family and I decided to pretend to draw on my brothers shirt(I did it with my finger) he punched me.
Ouch 🤣
The first story was sad as hell
Girl punched the principal, then the security guard. Placed into Juvie for 8 months.
That happened in 7th grade.Came back in 8th grade and went back to juvenile for punching a kid in my p.e. class.
The Stephanie story isn't funny, it isn't a prank. That's just straight-up bullying.
*We live in Canada.*
But, regardless, all schools were put in lockdown and the kid was arrested in his classroom. I wish I coulda seen it, I was in 7th grade at the time, in home-ec. I can remember just wanting to grab one of the knives and hide behind this garbage can, but we had to huddle in the first kitchen. Damn uncomfortable.
School shootings in Canada do indeed happen, but thankfully they're far less common in Canada than in the US.
Some kid in 5th grade showed me a knife. They told be not to tell anyone but obviously I did. Never saw them again
The girls who pulled the fire alarm at my school on final exams got caught and arrested.
The second story makes me lose hope for humanity

I am an OG USSR fan, not a fan of that terrible reboot Vladimir Poutine is making though
Probably in the middle of class
My homie was a huge dealer in highschool and came back into class smelling like a dispensary lmao (wasn’t in his class when it happened)
That first lady was a real bench
A girl at my school severely beat up another girl. (Broke arm and messed up ear sending by ripping out her earring) she got arrested
Not another student, but I had a teacher arrested mid class during college
Last dude was a snitch
2:27 NINE (2 years later) Double One.
yea this is a VERY RELATABLE title
Everyone out here with security at our school but my school has nothing
Once a kid got arrested for sneaking drugs into the school.
That was fun.
a sixth grade girl shouldn’t get in trouble for having that in her back pack. guaranteed one of her older siblings told her to hold onto it and meet him/her after school
When I was in 6th grade, a kid was caught dealing drugs at school and he had marijuana and other stuff in his locker. He didn’t get arrested (at least I didn’t see it) but he didn’t show up at school again for another month.
Yeah’zir 😼 we like the vids 🏄🏽♂️
Almost (probably) killed a kid for bullying some quiet kids and for weeks nobody -- teachers or admin -- did shit about it. I was about to grab a wooden stool and clock him in the back of the head as hard as I could (imagine clubbing someone above the nape of the neck with a 5 pound stool) And I'm glad I didn't. I had a girlfriend who needed me there for her (She has Muscular Dystrophy)
When I read these I realize how normal my life is
A kid at my school gave a laced dab pen to a couple of juniors and they went in the bathroom and smoked it. When they went back to class one passed out and the other had a seizure and was put in a medically induced coma for a few days. I was in the class when a teacher came and got him out. And then that cops got there and there was a lot of yelling that the whole school could hear
A couple of kids in my school were arrested when they stabbed another kid in a park where everyone goes to smoke. (Yes this was the MT incident)
Seriously when is someone gonna tell the time I got arrested right outside the front doors
I'm not a student or a teacher or a parent or ever went to school but...
I was arrested because I ended up throwing a desk at my eight grade teacher

3:11 That kid must have had some good hookups. Only way I can think of for a 6th grader to have cocaine!
I was detained in class for possession of marijuana. Low and behold I was innocent and my buddy tried to put me under bcuz we had an argument earlier and he later that day got Caught hitting a pen in the bathroom. The cop was no very nice and didn’t tell me my rights or anything.
They don’t have to tell you their rights

kinda unrelated but ok...anyways i heard from a friend (from another school) that this one girl was sexually harassed and i think the guy got arrested? sorry if it sounds wierd :< another time some kids pulled the fire alarm and lastly we were on a field trip and this one kid was teasing his friend for getting in trouble and his friend got really mad and started punching and a fight broke out and that one cool teacher everyone likes said "well since its the last day of school we cant really suspend you..."
wait someone got expelled for trying to stop the fight?
