To this day, 1 of the funniest pieces of stand up comedy I ever saw. This is what made me fall in love with Ellen. Then her sitcom was so good, too. Her talk show started out good. Just a shame money and fame changed her.
She was one of the best standup comedians who ever took to the stage. A lot of comics, Amy Schumer for one, imitate the little throwaway lines - “me, too,” “I know” -she tossed in between her expositions. They say she might tour again, like Seinfeld after his show was over. I hope she does, and that running that talk show didn’t wear her out.
Ellen was ALWAYS cute, funny, unique, talented, professional, and attractive from waaaay back. And did I say funny? Anyways, just my MAN opinion. I even used to watch her old TV sitcoms. Really never liked her talk show persona, but who cares what I think. Her stand up is STILL funny.
