Midnight Club in Japan is super serious, you have to do so many tests to become a member and you you get kicked from the club if you cause an accident in a race. They are the safest racers out there

Cops should have special car units which use super cars for car chases when the vehicle is much too fast for the ordinary police vehicles, kinda like how they bring out the helicopter sometimes.
Do you folks want to drop some scenario ideas for them to do as a reply here? I had thought about a missing persons one, and obviously more security and oogle car. Proper hostage situation with negotiation, party gone wrong (with fire or overdose), sinking boat and being stranded, and then just more regular stuff - like a pizza delivery guy not getting paid, or working as cab drivers, could be something
