Hi. I came to know this when Lg sold me a 1.8 ton A/C on the pretext of it being a 2 ton. Henceforth I’ll check the cooling watts and convert it to btu. Now it’s too late as I purchased the A/C a year back and during this lock down when I saw the info on the outdoor unit decided to do more research.
