When a man and a woman get married, they can register their marriage and obtain a marriage certificate. In India, they (man & man, woman & woman, man & transgender, women & transgender, transgender & transgender) can marry if they want to. No one has stopped them from marrying & there have been such marriage (we see pictures on social media). But the problem comes that they cannot obtain the marriage certificate since their are no provision to register their marriage in any marriage act such as hindu marriage act, special marriage act, etc. The case is, these couples have filed the petition in Supreme Court to recognize their marriage in any of these marriage acts so that they can obtain their MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
The case is not called Same Sex Marriage, it is called the MARRIAGE EQUALITY case.
we hear you but here our point was to shed light upon the other side of people who are affected.. a father whose son is now a woman, a mother whose boy isn’t the child whom she brought up and this case at its core is about same sex couple since they’re the ones asking about equality, not those who already have it.

So i learnt about gay word in 2010 when i was in tenth standard and 16 years. Now i am 30 and let me tell you there are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many guys who needs to come out of the closet. And keep This is in mind that this is not just an urban educated thing. I have seen gays who are farmer, labour, Drivers(car,bus,truck, aeroplane) , engineers, doctors, actors, married men are secretely gay, married grand parents are secretely gay, and there are soooooo many secret gayssss...... Village wala farmer bhi gay hai aur city wala actor bhi gay hai.... Isliye sirf ye kehna ki gaav me nahi hota ye bilkul galat hai..... Aur jo bhi bolta hai ki ye prakriti k khilaaf hai wo galat hai kyuki jab tak s@ex k baare me nahi pta tha tab tak ladka ladki ka sex karna bhi galat lagta tha..... But jab kisi cheej k baare me knowledge aai tab pta chala ki kya prakriti k khilaaf hai aur kya nahi...... Gay is natural aur isme kuch prakriti k khilaaf nahi hai...... Bas ek society me taboo hai isliye us ko sab chhupa k rakhte hai... Baaki agar ye taboo nahi hota to abhi 10000000000 ro gay log dikh rahe hote .... Sab chhup k bethe hai... Shaadi bhi kr lete hai aur zindagi nikaal lete hai kisi ko pta bhi nahi chalta....... India me gay sirf 1% nahi hai.... Bahut jyada hai..... But ye sab itna chhup k hota hai na ki kisi ko pta hi nahi ki itne saare gay log hai is duniya me..... Jese ki bahut se ladke ladki sex karte hai is duniya me lekin hume normally nahi dikhta wo sex..... Gay walo sex bhi sab chhupa hua hai..... Koi baat hi nahi karta is pe...... Sab closet me chal rha hai ........
