while importing the product variant, use the field 'Internal Reference(Default_code)' along with other fields to import the internal reference of the product.
Price of the product will be given as sales price and extra charges can be either add while creating attribute values or while adding attributes to products. So in the e-Commerce it shows separate prices for each item including the extra charges
First export one product to obtain the the template to import the new record. while exporting choose the fields, name, sales price, cost, product attribute/attribute, product attribute/ values, and internal reference, also add the other required fields. then use this template to import data.
At the attribute level for display type colour, you will be able to add images as well. So while adding variants in the sales order the product configurator shows the images of each.
