Fitting sash and case windows

Welcome to the channel , we begin fitting the Sash and Case windows in this video, earlier than planned as the summers windy weather put our bist on Amber alert !
We remove the old ones , tidy up the openings , set the lead weights on the new ones and fit in place . I find these windows a bit more time consuming than standard ones but they look the part and fit with the overall aesthetic of the job .

Beautiful looking new windows. First time I've seen double glazed sash being fitted. Never ceases to amaze me what you uncover when you start to strip out a window and see what the previous fitters did to square things up and make it look good by the time they were finished :)
