LaFleur should have gone with Willis once Love started gimping around in the 2nd half, and having already thrown that disasterous pick-six right before half. Willis has a much steadier hand and mind. He was our only chance of staying in the game at that point. Love is beginning to look like irrational gunslinger Brett "Hero" Favre.

Aren't these the type of mistakes you aren't supposed to make if you sit on the bench for 3 years to hone your game? No one expected Jordan to continue Aaron's unprecedented low interception rate, but to be going back to Favre levels of decision making is unacceptable.
@UnbiasedPep you must be young. The game was different than. Statistically speaking Favre had the best t.d. to interception ratio in that Era. Favre also played alot more football than others of the same Era. He still holds record for most consecutive starts, known as the Ironman, for never missing games.
As a Packers Fan, let me ,Explain. Love just got a big contract and was Feeling ,"Festive ", and decided to give ,Gifts ", not knowing that it's for Family and Friends, not the other Teams. We had a sit down, and now he understands...
I've started calling him Black Farve, cause one minute he's gunslinging to Kraft and you're blown away ... then another week he's rolling out and throwing a horrible little lob pass and the Lions are picking him off. I think he's going to turn it around and improve his decision making, but it's brutal when he makes those dumb plays.
I was certainly surprised when the coach continued to state that Love was going to start after he found out it was raining! A groin strain is nothing to play with and it is usually caused by slipping of the foot causing a leg/legs to slide out sideways straining inner thigh muscles/ligaments. Ligament strains take longer to heal. The NFL did the Packers an unexpected favor by giving them a bye the next week. Jordan Love should have been sat down for the Lions game due to the weather as the grass being wet from the rain would cause more chance of slipping and therefore more of a chance of Love aggravating his groin injury (which did) The coach should have sat him down for the Lions game. Jordan would have had 3 weeks to heal up. Now he might not heal up for the rest of year. Millik should have started/played the Lions game.
I get that Willis is not as good as Love but all we need is a game manager. Let Jacobs run and make simple plays on offense then let our defense win for us. It sucks we just paid this guy all this money, but he is not looking good. I hope there is way out of that contract. He got a ton of money for having a 8-9 season with no expectations against an easy schedule.
@Ryan-wx1bi In GB we get too stuck on QB idol worship. I do like Jordan's demeaner, but he's beginning to look like a Brett Favre bad decision machine. He's gotta get better. Backup Willis shows how to win. Calm and collected. Play him, LaFlower! Don't go down that Rodgers QB worship rabbit hole again. Love has to earn the job.
LaFluer should've made an executive decision, a coach's decision and started Malik at half. This is unacceptable from a H.C. We can't have QB's making the decisions, didn't we (he) learn from AR12?
The offense runs well, they don't need Love to be superman all of the time. He has the same problem Josh has had in the past. I think Love feels like he has to shove the ball in there all of the time. Someone needs to coach him out of that mentality. That's something you have to look at coaching to try and fix. Maybe he's not fixable and this is just how he is... But this Packers team is really good. So good that they don't need Love doing that so often.
Why are people upset? Back when Aaron Rodgers was in Green Bay they said he didn't take any chances, which is why he didn't throw interceptions. So interceptions are good right?
Were you not watching last season? He made some spectacular throws, but there were a bunch that his receivers were basically playing defense. I'm not sure how professional commentators missed it last year
I get a kick of how the dynamics of post play reactions play out. If he throws it away he's 'smart'. If he runs around and makes a play out of nothing he's a ballzy, gunslinging Favre. After Play Geniuses are countless.
Youngest team in the NFL again and getting killed by penalties and drops doesn’t help. They were 3-6 to start last season, they are 6-3 now. They get to come out of the bye 100% healthy and against Bears team that’s in a tailspin. Lotta season left.
Hero ball is the bane of all mobile quarterbacks. Almost a blessing in disguise to have a gate of a baby giraffe but a sniper arm and the demeanor of a Jared Goff…., Tom Brady, Manning…Running game is there for a reason
Jordan Love couldn’t even get under center. He was hurt. Play the backup and let Love heal. If Love breaks his leg…”Get out there, you make too much money.”
Packers will be just fine. The wind was a HUGE factor. Especially on that pick. You can tell the gust of the wind made the ball not go exactly where he intended. This bye week will be great for them and they will come out red hot.
Clearly his legs are messing with his accuracy. If Matt had a spine he would sit him til he’s 100%. Never been impressed with Matt for ever making a smart strategic decision ,…so I don’t expect him to.
I mean... the interception was bad. He needs to get better at throwing it away, and that decision was inexcusable. But I don't think you can lump all of his interceptions together in the same "that concerns me" category. He also made plenty of what should have been great plays yesterday, but his receivers kept dropping the ball. Couple that with some questionable snaps, drive killing penalties and a missed FG and yeah this does indeed look like a complete blowout. I don't think it's indicative of a systemic problem at the QB position though. He's going to make a lot of big plays and a few more mistakes.
Should’ve put Willis in after the 3rd quarter cause love wasn’t doin anything and he was too injured to be able to I feel like Willis would’ve helped us come back if they had just put him in!! He won us 2 games helped win a 3rd and has yet to throw any picks so far idk why they didn’t put him in

Half a season of good football and now another half season of bad football guess we don't really see a consistent player but he got paid 😂😂😂😂 Hello Dak 2.0
We can revisit this in December when the packers play the lions again. Get Love off his limp and Jaire Alexander and Evan Williams back. We can talk then.
History tends to repeat itself. Everyone was trashing Love and thought he was no good at this exact moment last year, then we all know what happened the 2nd half of the season.
love just has to learn that sometimes a play is dead and its better to lose a little than to give away everything. i have faith he will be just fine. has all the physical talents and he has shown he can carve up a D especially with MLF. just needs to learn when to go gunslinger and when to protect the ball.
Love isn't 100%, and he's started a hair over 20 NFL games. He'll get better at learning what balls not to throw, but I'm so excited my team has a guy that'll air it out again.
I mean, if you look at that schedule the Packers (assuming they beat the teams they “should” beat) would still go 11-6 and that assumes they are swept by the Lions and Vikings this year. Kobe needs to clean up the interceptions but this whole segment is an overreaction for a guy who’s a second year starter…. Keep slinging it Love, the game will slow down for you even more and they naturally will come down :)
The league is so INT-phobic now, it's like every young QB stops being 'Him' the moment they have a bad day. Very selective memories about multi-turnover games by past SB-winners (Favre, Elway, Roethlisberger).
Love is extremely talented but makes some boneheaded ints, this one and the other pick six he threw a few weeks back were just inexcusable. hes trying to force plays where there is none. Clean it up and he can be one of the best in the business. I think the Packers will be fine, they need to clean up their act so the bye coming this week is a great boon.
He makes some real Will Levis type throws. As a Viking fan, I love to see it, it’s quite amusing, but he’s not Trevor Lawrence either. Packers may regret the amount of money they gave him, but it won’t cripple their team the way the Jags crippled theirs
Love's decision making is bad. its just that simple. especially in high pressure situations. go back to last year early in the season, then the playoffs. his turnovers are almost always the what the hell are you thinking type plays. the big problem is they happen way more often than even his numbers indicate. he has a lot of what the hell are you thinking plays that end up working out somehow. saved by his athleticism and luck or his WR makes a helluva a play on a ball he just chucks down the field. think about the big play he made the other week where hes backing up away from pressure off his back foot fading away and just chucks it, horrible play lucky it wasnt an INT but it worked out so people say wow only love can make that throw. but really no QB should even try that throw. regardless of outcome these are still bad decisions and reckless plays that show that thats just who he is as a player. there's no coaching it out of him, because thats also what makes him special. that he can make a horrible situation into a BIG play. he can turn nothing into something. you live and die by that
Lmao...he also has like 48 tds as the starter...I'll take the bad with the good. It's a long season and this is an overreaction. Anyone that thinks Love can't ball out, doesn't watch football correctly.
You can honestly tell Rich has not watched very many packer games this year especially when he started talking about Malik Willis … Man oh man this take is so bad
Packers should trade Love, they should have never paid him when and the amount they did. Get a shutdown corner or an edge, i hear Cleveland likes overrated/overpaid QB's... make a move for Garrett. I know they won't eat crow yet, they will wait two more years and waste them.
It's infuriating, if he would just stop the 2-3 idiotic, and they are totally idiotic, plays every game and go back to staying within the game then he looks great. MLF wins with Malik Willis executing the game plan, Love is trying to do way too much and seriously needs to stop playing hero ball when the game isn't even on the line
You don't know football. Malik is running a dummned down version of the offense. Stuff MLF can't do with Love because it puts him in a box. You will never See Malik put the ball in trouble frequently, because he doesn't have enough snaps. You guys are nauseating.
Worst take here is saying Tom Brady is doing great in the booth. He’s absolutely horrific and I feel like even Brady lovers would agree. Everything feels forced. Where are the QB insights? Where does he teach us more about the game? Dude is terrible, whoever’s producing him stinks.
To assume the lions gave up is ridiculous. Pack gained 400 yards. They were the better team but beat themselves with a very unlikely amount of drops and penalties and the pick 6
I agree that the Pack beat themselves, but they have been sloppy all season. I mean look at those three awful snaps from the center. These mistakes need to disappear.
This is danger time for the Packers. Love held the team hostage during training camp, got a historic ransom payday, and is now showing us what kind of QB he really is. If this continues for the full season, the Packers are in deep trouble.
Yeah except the Packers don't suck and the Lions did for many years. Lions could have easily lost last night. They won and they are a good team but to say the roles have been flipped is ridiculous.😊
@brandonlumby888 OK pumpkin... Who are the Kings of the North right now? 🤣🤣🤣 Guess it's gonna take about a year from now for you to realize it. It must be really hard for you Packer fans to accept the Farve/Rodgers eras are OVER. Cope!!!
Most teams have quarterbacks that stink. Most are wildly inconsistent. 6 and 3 is better than most teams. Packers massacred the cardnils few weeks ago and now cardinal lead their division and think they are going to playoffs. Their quarterback stinks worse than most
@ ye but 2 of the wins were the backup playing, and all of the losses have been love starts. Idk its looking a little embarrassing that the backup everyone gave up on is out performing the second highest paid QB in the league

Kobe needs to clean up the interceptions but this whole segment is an overreaction for a guy who’s a second year starter…. Keep slinging it Love, the game will slow down for you even more and they naturally will come down :)
JLove doesn't care, he got paid already 😅
JLove does care. Too much. That's why he's going out there and playing when he's injured.
I was watching the game and they cut to Love on the sideline and he looked like hell
You say that every week Jordan love its getting old already please start malik Willis
The league is so INT-phobic now, it's like every young QB stops being 'Him' the moment they have a bad day. Very selective memories about multi-turnover games by past SB-winners (Favre, Elway, Roethlisberger).
He's also throwing interceptions every game
Why worry about it now when we were making excuses for them up to now
I say sit love for a little while and start malik Willis he doesn't turn the ball over at all
Love sucks
I said it day one. They overpaid this guy by a lot.
He makes some killers, real bad errors
Bro isn’t going to learn. Once an interception machine always an interception machine
Look Josh Allen had the same issues. He'll clean it up. Dnt panic.
Love's decision making is bad. its just that simple. especially in high pressure situations. go back to last year early in the season, then the playoffs. his turnovers are almost always the what the hell are you thinking type plays. the big problem is they happen way more often than even his numbers indicate. he has a lot of what the hell are you thinking plays that end up working out somehow. saved by his athleticism and luck or his WR makes a helluva a play on a ball he just chucks down the field. think about the big play he made the other week where hes backing up away from pressure off his back foot fading away and just chucks it, horrible play lucky it wasnt an INT but it worked out so people say wow only love can make that throw. but really no QB should even try that throw. regardless of outcome these are still bad decisions and reckless plays that show that thats just who he is as a player. there's no coaching it out of him, because thats also what makes him special. that he can make a horrible situation into a BIG play. he can turn nothing into something. you live and die by that
Farve at least won a ring, Love never will.
He’s going to get his confidence back when he decimates the bears in 2 weeks.
The amount of cope from Packers fans is unreal.
Jordan love not pick six and intercepted and play reckless because win packers game again
Lmao...he also has like 48 tds as the starter...I'll take the bad with the good. It's a long season and this is an overreaction. Anyone that thinks Love can't ball out, doesn't watch football correctly.
So does Jameis Winston
@ huh? That’s literally my point. Maybe you don’t know reading lol
@ also saying Malik will never put the ball in jeopardy because a lack of snaps? And others don’t know football? Lol
Lol
Good teams force those mistakes. The lions are easily the better team
Garbage time heros
I agree that the Pack beat themselves, but they have been sloppy all season. I mean look at those three awful snaps from the center. These mistakes need to disappear.
Love showing that he actually does suck 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Were gonna lose 4 or 5 more games not making playoffs
They will be fine… Y’all casuals need to calm down
No they won't, Loves a bust and us Lions run the Division. Dark ages buddy... you just won't know it until this time next year 😂
Na love will throw it away in the playoffs again if they even make it.
Y'all casuals need to learn why interceptions aren't good.
@@ggary04 I get that you are excited about success, because you’re not familiar with it… But lay off the copium
@@gilbert8162 look I get that yours salty because you rode the bench… but that doesn’t mean you need to project
This is danger time for the Packers. Love held the team hostage during training camp, got a historic ransom payday, and is now showing us what kind of QB he really is. If this continues for the full season, the Packers are in deep trouble.
He is not a top caliber QB
Lack of discipline (coaching)
Remember that episode of Seinfeld where George and Elaine changed posistions in life... thats what has happened to my Lions and your Packers.
Yeah except the Packers don't suck and the Lions did for many years. Lions could have easily lost last night. They won and they are a good team but to say the roles have been flipped is ridiculous.😊
@brandonlumby888 OK pumpkin... Who are the Kings of the North right now? 🤣🤣🤣
Guess it's gonna take about a year from now for you to realize it. It must be really hard for you Packer fans to accept the Farve/Rodgers eras are OVER. Cope!!!
Hey, gays, Malick Willis.
Why do all these young guys stand at the podium and say "uh, uh, uh..."?
Didn't they go to college?
Finally someone pointing out this guy stinks
Most teams have quarterbacks that stink. Most are wildly inconsistent. 6 and 3 is better than most teams. Packers massacred the cardnils few weeks ago and now cardinal lead their division and think they are going to playoffs. Their quarterback stinks worse than most
@ ye but 2 of the wins were the backup playing, and all of the losses have been love starts. Idk its looking a little embarrassing that the backup everyone gave up on is out performing the second highest paid QB in the league
Green Bay sucks😂
