I'm sorry Vegeta's final flash is hands down the coolest technique in the show nothing gives more chills then when he uses that move
The cooliest at that! Lol his final flash and final atonement are the best finishers!
For me it is when Goku says Kamehameha slowly. It's when you realize you are about to get finished 💀
We need a successful final flash, it’s sad to see it always not be enough
We're Vegeta fans - We're massochists whom are well used to our guy perpetually coming up short.

Out of all the characters vegeta benefited the most from the Bruce falconer score
Mr. Popo Lol everyone benefited
Goku: SS3 theme, Spirit bomb theme, SS theme
Vegeta: Dragon theme
Gohan: Gohan anger and the one where he fights frieza/super buu
Vegeta is written so much better then any other character in the show.
He did get the most character development out of the whole cast. Seriously, compare him to how he was in the Saiyan, Frieza and especially Buu Saga to how he is now.
He has an actual 'arc' and truthfully one of the best I've ever seen in media.
But still can't beat the main villain, i hate how they always make him second
The fact that Jiren didn’t flinch, but yet braced himself, shielded his face, and yet ended on the ground off his feet while Vegeta isn’t Blue Evolved is very impressive.
This was before he went Ssj Blue Evolved, he didn't break through his limit yet
Can we all acknowledge the O Shit look Jiren had on his face when he realized he had to actually block and up his power level
@@jasoncruz3910 No. Because widening his eyes like that is something Jiren does frequently when he either attacks or blocks.
@Mr Bubbles right, it's basically to say I am now giving my attention to choose how to bypass or block it basically, feeling it out and deciding that is something dbx shows over and over
Watching beerus and krillin cheer for vegeta makes this even better
"wow such amazing power" "wow i never felt this energy before"
literally every single episode in DB super
I wish they'd talk more about the technique rather than "wow, that energy is so segsy and cool!!!1!1!"
The old music makes this show what it deserved to be
Yea, the actual DBS soundtrack is way better than this trash faulconer garbage
@@asuraspath2262 Next you're gonna tell us Krillin is way better than Beers.
Bruce's background music is what made DBZ epic. You can instantly feel the impact on the quality of episode. Legend
No it's not. That's just false. DBZ did well in japan and in Latin America, and even when the US had it, earlier, dbz dub had Ocean Dub, and the saiyan Saga still did well.
2:22 Damn! the art style is beautiful!
"You say I'm arrogant, I say damn right" honestly made this 10x better
Reminds me of when trunks went ssjr
"You say my choices make me evil, so that's what I'll be!"
"You won't act like a coward and try to dodge this"
That was definitely a jab at Cell. Somehow I knew Vegeta would never forget that moment.
Would have been better if they used Cell for the TOP instead of Freeza too. Oh well.
@@JeremyCuddles for real, even Cell isn't as much of an asshole as Frieza
JeremyCuddles Fr. I would love to see Cell return, theoretically he has a lot of potential if he were to train in his perfect form
They thought about bringing back Cell, but he's hard to animate with all his million black spots, so they dropped him.
Nothing will ever beat the original soundtracks for dragonball z. The emotion it brought to the characters and the scenes will forever be the greatest.
Agree.. why the fuck change soundtrack, create any dubs u want, but soundtrack? cant listen other soundtracks than original.
Nah bro. This is and the SSJ3 theme are like the only ones that stand out. Super had much better ost through and through.
Wow Bruce's music really improves this scene
To be fair, this did actually knock Jiren down for a moment, which was a first. Gotta give Vegeta some props for that. Also it's always nice to hear the old Faulconer score.
If Vegeta mortally wounded Jiren, he'd have been disqualified. And Universe 11 has no senzu beans.
If you can make god bleed, then people will cease to believe in him.
all that for a drop of blood?
@@Kiddo_X it’s only no killing, I’m pretty sure frieza mercilessly destroyed a universe 2 yardrat saying something along the lines of “what happens after he’s eliminated is not my fault” or smth like that

I'm not gonna lie this actually made me tear up this is truly beautiful. The music, Vegeta himself such an awesome Character etc.
Also saying fuck you to UI inadvertedly predicted the rise of Ultra Ego Vegeta.
Vegeta's theme always makes everything that much more intense
The fact that this did not even create a scratch on Jiren is just plain disrespect from Toriyama! Why you hating on my boi!
Cuz he knows that blast can defeat anyone even goku. Look at wat it did to cell and even cell moved out of the way. He didn't even wanna direct hit from that. shit who would.

@@bloomgaming6480 Wrong guy. You’re thinking Kenji Yamamoto, the composer for the Budokai games.
Good God, the piano coming in just before he fires it still gives me the same goosebumps from the time I watched his first Final Flash in Z
I really wish that attack would have at least heavily injured jiren,
That would be inconsistent with the established pattern of Vegeta never doing anything useful throughout the entire Dragon Ball franchise.
To give Vegeta credit, Jiren did strike a defensive stance. Considering Jiren's power, that alone is an accomplishment.
@@gurvmlk let's not forget that jiren was knocked to the ground
johnnyappleswope1821 that was an act of him to lure vegeta off guard. And it works.
Sir Goat yeah, they really messed up Jiren’s power consistency. This didn’t damage him yet one of 17s attacks on his back hurt him
The Final Flash is Vegeta’s signature and one of his strongest moves. It’s where he gathers everything he’s got in an all or nothing final attack. Back then, it was stated by Toriama himself to be the strongest beam in the Cell Saga. If Cell hadn’t moved when he did, he knew he was gonna die. It’s insane how, despite not being anywhere near UI strength at the moment, he was able to actually knock down Jiren. My personal favorite attack in all of Dragon Ball.
Thank you Mr. Toriyama. 🙏🏻
The piano starts playing combined with the passion in that "FINAL FLASSHHH!!!". Gave me goosebumps
Far better in dbz. He charges it up for like five min of screw time, lightning hitting the ground, ur thinking cell is too strong and it’s gonna be for naught. And then vegeta fires it right as the piano picks up, and it’s so much stronger than even cell had thought, and fucking blows his body in half….one of the best most epic vegeta moments in dbz. Really a testament to how powerful vegeta is when he trains his ass off
with this theme in my head I always hear trunks
"You're going to destroy the whole planet! FAAATHERRR! You've got to stop it!!!"
Krillin: "Trunks! Let's Go!"
Vegeta: "FINAL FLASH! AH!"
Cell: "What's this?!"
If only there was a way to get rid of the other song in the background
you can extract the background music but its way too much work for a video
I'll always love Vegeta's Soundtrack whenever he performs the Final Flash.
Bruce faulconer scores build up the suspense like no other. I definitely got the chills there. The fights scenes are so much better and intense because of it. Vegeta sells his special techniques almost better than anyone. Jiren is no fool, he knows better than to not put up his defenses before facing a full power attack from Vegeta or Goku.
Can we appreciate how clean Vegeta looks at 2:23? Like, from the two different types of blue on his armor, and transformation, to the lightning and shadow, his battle scratches. Vegeta hasn't looked this good in Super, like, ever.
For real. It’s a shame that DBS had a horrible schedule, couldn’t bring back some of the best animators from DBZ, and Yamamuro’s art style and character sheets declined significantly. If it weren’t for these we could’ve potentially had many more shots that were amazing and memorable like this one.
Although nobody can do it like Takahashi, of course
This one frame actually looks better than z, whole show needs to be like that
A Final Flash so powerful that even Jiren had to block it, woah.
I mean it wouldn't kill him if he just stood there but he needs all the power for the tournament. And yes he could have dodged it but he was being honorable to vegeta its kinda like a compliment from jiren cause if its a waste of time im pretty sure jiren would just end you on the spot.

Faulconer's score is infinitely superior. It gives the scenes better pacing and builds and swells with the drama until you're overwhelmed with chills and sitting on the edge of your seat.
Hell, even the character's reactions and dialogue pair better with it. The Japanese score always felt like it downplayed their reactions to where nothing truly felt serious, but with Faulconer's everything they do feels much more pivotal and dangerous.
Still remember watching online streams of sub super the days they got released while at work and absolutely loving this part
This reminds me of the cell saga when he did this with cell... And actually had the same reaction and result at the end xD
Goku's first round with Jiren was quite similar to when he first fought Frieza.
@Phenomenal Ace Highlights You are wrong, he hit him with full power but made the power not hit the earth directly, that's why the blast goes to the space
Exactly I think that was the most iconic moment in DBZ when that theme played omg the nostalgia.
I would pay good money if someone would do the whole series this way!!!!
Me too. Honestly I'd pay A Lot of money for someone to remake the whole of DBS with faucloner tracks and scores from the english DBZ masterfully.
We can't have nice things. But I think a lot of us would give a good chunk of money for Faulconer's score over DBS. It won't fix a lot of the story problems but at least the action scenes will be a lot better.
Psh. What a waste of time. Disrespecting Toriyama’s masterpiece by making it dub & changing the music he chose. Lol. Not true Db fans.
The frantic scrambling piano will always hold a dear special place in my heart
Not only does the Bruce Faulconer music make it much better and adds some nostalgia to it, but I just noticed the last scene where Vegetas smirking and breathing heavy, kind of has the detail design of DBZ just little more vibrant in color. Just like the outline and all the line details of all his injuries just kind of has a DBZ rather than DBS feel to it. It could just be the vibe Vegeta is giving off in general from his speech and everything that was definitely more like DBZ than DBS Vegeta.
If this song actually played jiren would be straight up dead 😂😂😂

Final flash's theme is one of the best ultimate move theme in anime history .
It's actually the dragon them, followed by super saiyan vegeta theme. Bruce faulkoner was a genious with dramatic/action music. It's just a shame they forced him to fill every second of the series with music, sometimes silence has a better effect

Krillin- “what does he think he’s doing?”
Vegeta’s final flash in super

There's something to be said by the mood and tone that Faulconer's Vegeta theme invokes versus the original in Super you can hear underneath. While Super nails the Ultra instinct theme and the final fight with Jiren themes, the Faulconer style just hits different.
as per what I have seen, vegeta have more sets of energy blasts as compared to any other. Like goku only uses Kamehameha but vegita has Galictic Gun, Final Shine Attack, Final Flash, explosive waves etc. Goku mostly prefers close combat due to his martial arts training and Vegeta prefers Destructive blast to show off his power and that's what I love the most about him.
