I am more of a metal/rock/blues guy (call it old music if you like lol), who recently started exploring pop groups out of curiosity. All this time I thought KPOP groups are the best in the world because they are so popular globally, but I found out recently that tracks or outright lip syncing is their standard (I know there are some great individual singers per group, but as a whole the singing talent is severely lacking). I was so disappointed because I really set myself up ready for the hype lol. Saving grace for me is when I discovered that our own local groups (Bini, SB19) are doing their own thing, showing real musicality.

She also sings most of the low note harmonies but also belts in some parts with with other main/lead vocals. You'll definitely love their Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi vocal practice, her low notes there are insane.

The best performance of Bini's Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi was in a mall show where the music cut out and they were mid harmony. At their third year with 8 members, there are still some improvements they can make definitely, but they're all talented and seem to work hard to improve themselves. Colet (the member Efra complimented @9:11), has a very good ear and actively plays a role in monitoring everyone's vocal output in practice and shows. She's one of the two main vocals and I think she does provide that foundation. Stacey (main rapper) and Gwen (short bob who is also a lead vocal) assists with the lower harmonies.

Although they can sing live really good but they should not risk their exposure in any program, may this be local guesting lang. They are getting a lot of attention now and international fans (and to be fans) are digging every contents of them. I hope they will take care of them and not risk their growing popularity. As a bloom, I'm super proud and will help them in any way I can, but ass I said, i hope their management will play their cards well and take good care of them specially on any live broadcasts.

Obviously all of them can sing, but there are three members who are more superior in vocals. They are dubbed the vocal trinity of Bini, namely: Colet (Alto), Maloi (Soprano), and Jhoana (Soprano). These three always get the more complex and belty parts of the song. It's interesting, Maloi and Colet are the Main Vocals while Jhoana is only a Lead Singer, but she can also handle belting in some of their songs. It comes to show that Jhoana is also Main Vocalist material but was given the Lead Vocals role instead because she's already the Leader of the group. It's good to give the role to the others so it wouldn't be heavy on her part. I personally love Jhoana, she's my bias. She's funny and has a wonderful personality. Needless to say, she is talented.

Sure, u can sing power ballads to show your vocal skills but that is not what new generation of PPOP fans want and listen to. This is the r3ason why G22 is not doing that well when it comes to popularity. Because their songs don't really get up there and they have no dance choreos that they can make popular so that PPOP fans can get more interested in them more.
