@@dt6200 LMAO Nope. I know the MLS is shit. But liga mx is a stinky pile of shit. Name one 18 year old playing in the mejican leage that is promising. Come on, just one that is catching European team's eyes. In Argentina ther'es a 17 year old playing for Estudiantes la Plata who is going to Europe next season. There's a reason why Tata Martino is so stressed up. He had more chances with Paraguay than with mejico, There's a reason why Lautaro Martínez is being searched by the top clubs in the world while your "best" players are 30 year old washed up losers in third tier european teams. Hahaha someone really cares about the Concacaf champions league? He already won 4 times the Mexican league, a tournament with more level, you can say about Libertadores, but Concacaf no one gives a shit
@Ivan Quintero Mexican teams bench players in la liga because of concacaf? What are you talking about?!! America always says that's a shitty tournament, and is the biggest club in México. They even't count the Concacaf stars.
@Ivan Quintero Chupete Suazo superior footballer? hahaha Gignac already won the same amount of titles and score more goals in half-time Suazo did, don't say stupid things please.
It’s a shame. Gignac could probably win a Copa Libertadores. Most South American fans and teams like having Mexican Teams in the Tournament and Mexicans like playing in it. It’s certainly more competitive and more prestigious than playing against the MLS. I’m not a Tigers Supporter but I like watching Tigres and Monterrey play.
Dude, how did you not even mention Romario. He left Barcelona one season after being crowded the best player on earth. He could played anywhere, but he returned to Brazil

I had just turned 9 & was shocked but excited since that Real Madrid was full of big names; Ronaldo, Casillas, Roberto Carlos, Cannavaro, Zidane had retired after the WC but as kid knowing those players from the Galacticos was something & getting the chance to getting to see Becks in person was something big cause our only big name player was Landon Donavon
I live in Toronto, and I am a huge Toronto FC fan. There is no denying the MLS is lacking in overall quality compared to the Prem, but the years with Giovinco were a dream. Before him, we weren’t exactly great, but afterwards, we one the MLS Cup in 2017.
Gignac is a special type of players and saying he is a target man is fairly redictuve, he also has playmaking capabilities, adept at attacking with the ball at his feet, very creative, Huge awareness of his team players positions, a mean freekick on him and much more. Probably for me one of the most interesting players, because of his fairly unique playstyle that tells you where the qualities should be, but thre is much more all the time. By the way the mentality from him is also very special, I'd compare him not as like but close to Cuauhtemoc Blanco.

Gignac is considered one, if not the best, international imports that ever graced Mexican football. Lastly, Mexico is considered a North American country, even after the U.S. took 5 states from them.

You missed out on Oscar of Brazil. He was one of the most promising talents for Chelsea when he left the club to join Shanghai SIPG. He said it was not for his footballing reasons, but for the money to feed his family!
As an early NYCFC fan, Gio was our worst enemy. Him and TFC would destroy us multiple times, not least during our first MLS Cup playoff match, where we lost 5-0 in Yankee Stadium. I had made the trip there for my birthday in November, and it was bitterly cold and windy. Kinda glad he's gone now 😅
David Beckham was never going to make the sport explode in America, but his profile did help the league grow into a much better league due to his presence. Now a lot of the MLS and MLS academies are churning out great talent like Alphonso Davies, Weston McKennie, Tyler Adams and more. It's grown from a retirement league to an entity that big clubs are giving serious attention to. Sure, he should've came on a little later down the line in his career but I'm glad he came when he did.
Looking back at Beckham's career I don't know why he didn't drop back to a deep line playmaker. If he had a hard working box to box midfielder and a solid dm next to him he could've stayed at a high level into his mid 30's for a top team. A real shame.

If a team is winning by 4 goals or more after the 1st leg could they forfeit the 2nd leg and still win the game on aggregate
I reckon the 3:0 forfeit is just the symbolic score, so it should not be related to aggregate score
Forfeit means the team gives up the game, and loses the game no matter what
@@isaacfung622 yeah but if they forfeit it will be a 3 0 loss
