he did some very nice job on this. the interior is not my taste (the display and the wherl)but some parts of it are very nice like the seats, door panels,
I just bought a 380hp/420 torque crate engine for my 1975 Corvette. I also got brand new upper and lower control arms and brakes. I’m hoping to have it at the track next month.
The vette look nice asf I’m young but I wouldn’t put a screen in that thing maybe swap it out with the ls like he did or put a 454 in it but not the screens just a lil radio so I can use the aux or maybe a wireless bt but not the screens I would wanna keep it as close to stack as possible but never the less it’s beautiful
I have a 1982 Corvette - 24/26 L83 code. If Bob is ever back in Texas, I have a ton of questions about the conversion. It's the exact direction I want to go.
Wrong. In 1980, if you bought a Corvette in California, it would come with a 305 engine in order to pass their stupid emissions laws. Look it up. TOP 50 WORST CARS EVER! 🤣
the engine is not making 600hp .its making close to what GM rates them at .unless you port the heads and install a bigger cam .once you tune a EFI engine set up ,you don't need to retune it ,unless you make any major changes to the intake or exhaust ,or you had a bad tune to begin with
All C3's came from factory with a posi. You should not be making video's about cars. Corvettes never had a 305. Bob driving a car that was built for him and you not knowing anything about what you are talking about. Great.
"The 305 cubic-inch LG4 spent only one year beneath the Corvette's hood, before eventually being replaced the following year when those at GM finally found a way to bring the 350 cubic-inch small-block into compliance with California emissions standards. This engine would come to be known as the L81" Quote - enquote Now who's the idiot, idiot. And guess what? He told me that he moved to North Carolina from CALIFORNIA! So I guess your the moron! 🤓🤣
Sigh, there was little need for the criticism only an appreciation for the impromptu show case of this nice car. The presenter was just trying to stimulate conversation and to glean facts about the build.

He's proof that age is just a number, and a fellow Tarheel to boot! Keep livin life brother! ☆☆☆☆☆
Can I get a HELL YEAH? 🤣
Crazy that people don’t build these more. This is probably my favorite corvette generation.
Bob is still young at heart with that Corvette and sound system
Yep! Looks like he's loving life! 😁
💪Bob the Builder! very nice Car 🏎 .Corvettes from 74-82 are plentiful for these type of projects. also early C4's as well.
What a cool dude you ran into there. Nice vette man.
Thanks I thought it was pretty awesome! 😁

Yep it's old school cool! 😎
A man loves his dogs when they are 70lbs and just clawing at the paint and interior 😂. I have a 73 corvette and my pugs are in it every time I cruise

Beautiful Vette! Wicked power plant to launch her down the road. Not sure about the interior. The doggies were great though!

Well good luck brother. I just happened to catch him at the hardware store. I'll probably never see him again! 🤣 But it's definitely a sweet ride!
Nice video.
Thank you sir! 😁
None were 198hp. 185 and 220 I believe.
Why does the guy holding the camera sound like Steve carell
Maybe because he's related? 🤣
A little extra on the interior but otherwise a beautiful car
