Seeing Hiya be willing to give their figures improved versions with sharper detailing and articulation improvements like this makes me hope they give their Kong (2021) the same treatment. The sharpness of the sculpt isn't quite up to snuff with this new and improved Godzilla and the articulation could do with some improvements that seem to already be coming in the form of the upcoming Skull Island Kong's engineering.

This is still a better and more justified release than the Past Your Bedtime Monster arts Goji, because they actually UPDATED this figure But yeah if I'm able to get it, I'll definitely get the newer version
@@Gokublsckedits Its more personal preference, its an excellent figure and if you value having an atomic breath piece then that might be the one for you but the most important thing is do you prefer colours and paintjob on the normal or the heat ray

I say if you want a more colorful Monsterverse Goji then get the KOTM Version. But if you want a more cleaner Monsterverse Goji then get the V2 Version.
Is it just me or does the updated version look kinda green, and the only monsterverse godzilla i have is the original hiya 2021 figure, Idk if i should get the updated version or not
This is the one I got along with the atomic blue one!!!! The improved neck is wayyyy better than the original although I wish I had the original one though for variety sake
What they need to do to fix articulation is just make the skin out of rubber instead of plastic and use a wire or exoskeleton inside of the rubber skin. Probably a custom.

I think you got a flawed 2019 Godzilla because mine doesn't have the oddly smooth neck joint.
I'm probably going to have a clan/tribe of Godzillas because that would be cool and terrifying to see a family of Godzillas rampaging thru a city.
