It really just depends on what you are looking for. Certain brands fit certain head sizes better. I would advise you to take your 3 head measurements using this video: ua-cam.com/video/VgnkOHbRbuY/v-deo.html. Are you referring to the wig liners that you wear under the wig? If so, you do not have to wear one. It's really a preference thing. Most people who have hair that is longer than the wig will want to use them because it keeps their hair from sticking out from under the wig. The best liners for this issue are either the nylon or fish net. There are also people who have really sensitive scalps due to treatments or certain medical conditions. For these issues, it's best to wear either a cotton liner....or the very best option for "super sensitive" scalps is the Jon Renau Softie wig liner which is hypoallergenic and feels cool and soft to the touch which is nice for an inflamed scalp. This one is made of Bamboo Viscose. If you don't have hair (or have really short hair) or if you don't have any scalp issues, you are perfectly fine to go without any type of liner.
