I find that L-Theanine really helps me relax. You can either drink several cups of green tea a day a day or take it in a tablet. I usually take 200 mg, but some like lower doses. It works for me even though I am on an SSRI, but consult your doctor if you are too.
l glutamine is working 4 me, iam sober after taling 1000mg on empty stomach...nothing else worked for me
For me, Baclofen is the best drug ever against alcohol. I was a hardcore alcoholic. Baclofen helped me from day #1. I didn't have to force myself not to drink. I simply had no urge anymore. For alcohol addiction, it is a life saver. I use it since 7 years. I don't experience any side effects except having to sleep 30 minutes after I take it. In the beginning I used it 3 times a day because I had the urge to drink so often, and I had to take a nap (which was difficult at work), but half a year later, it was enough to do it only at night. Personally, I didn't experience anything bad. But I had to had it for a really long time until the demons disappeared.
What dosage are you taking if you don’t mind me asking.
I was prescribed Baclofen for alcohol addiction but ended up abusing the Baclofen and drinking on top. Didn’t work out too well for me
I looked it up on Amazon , but really expensive , do you have a source where I can buy it cheaper , thanks
Hi,can I ask what dosage you were on? I was on them but only 20mg a day 2 times a day 10mg
Thank you
Amazing work, amazing guidance love what you are doing, i have a medical background and can champion what you are saying is a 100%, its not disease its a disregulation of hormones and neurotransmitters.
You don’t mention one supplement he talk about in the description?
Chris is an outstanding role model. Got the vitamins today
@@jasonhenderson6846 the supplements he suggested for withdrawal symptoms. It's already been a year. I take Naltrexone and don't subscribe to any organization like thrive anymore. I respect any and all modalities that help anyone heal from Alcohol Use Disorder. Keep up the good work and check with the young man for his 3 favorite supplements for withdrawal. I saw him in a UA-cam video interview with Katie Lain .
Olimp Vita-Min Multiple Sport 40+ Mega Caps®+ L-Glutamine 4g+Tauryne 2g+Nicotinamid 1.5 -3 g +Prozac
The supplements should be taken if you drink alcohol on a regular basis, in my opinion.
However, if you are a heavy drinker:
In Scandinavia where I live Selincro is now on the market; chemically it is probably exactly like what you have in the USA and the Commonwealth countries, but with different trade names. Ask your doctor or pharmacist: it works by making you lose interest in consuming alcohol. The result is that alcohol is less likely to destroy your life.
So if you are taking an anti-depressant medication you shouldn't try Bio-Rebalance?
🙏❤️🙂
