Making empty utterances about JP's corrupt practices won't change anything. The cultural shift will only happen when there are stiff penalties and naming and shaming. The usual victims in all of this criminal activity are poor people.

When people hear Gregory Park, they do not understand that the problems are in just one little area & and have nothing to do with other communities or housing schemes! There is so need for side drains on both sides to take waste water to those 2 drains crossings the road which will take water to sea or under the bridge. That's comonsense!

The need for such legislation is rooted in the urgent necessity to restore confidence and trust in the Jamaican government. As part of the criteria, a JP must know whose document he or she is signing.
They should not sign saying they know you when they don't. That is important
