Vee, I have changed my diet recently too. I eat very little red meat except for having the occasional hamburger or steak. I eat far less dairy. I eat a lot of Cheddar cheese since I have not been drinking cow's milk nor eat yoghurt nor use butter. I cook with olive oil or coconut oil and I eat very little eggs and hardly eat sweets, breads, and potato chips. I eat a lot fish, vegetables, and fruit.
