  • Hey all! I hope you are all having a great day. My name is Robin. (She/Her) I hope you enjoy the video and I hope it makes your day just a little bit better. (:
Question of the day; How’s school going for you? By this time most of us are back in school. I went back to school about six weeks ago. I love school but I’ve been struggling with it the past couple of weeks. I’m having a lot of trouble focusing on school work currently but I’m working on finding some ways to keep that focus.
Soo, I came out to my Mum. She left her phone at her work and needed to access her email to get the recipe she was making for dinner. So she asked to use my phone. But she would see my email for this account as soon as she got into the app. And the pfp had the trans flag in it and my name so I kind of had to come out to her. It went well though! She was accepting said she’d try her best to use my preferred name and pronouns. I would have preferred coming out in my own time, but since she’s accepting, as far as I can tell, it doesn’t really matter much.
One more announcement, I’ve made a Discord for this channel. I announced it in the community channel two weeks ago but I imagine a lot of you don’t see that. Here’s the link if you want to join:
    / discord
It is a great place with lots of amazing, kind people. You do not have to be lgbt to join, you can join as long as you are an ally. Things like homophobia, racism, sexism, transphobia, etc are not tolerated in the server and will result in mute or ban by one of the admins. When you join please assign roles and read over the rules channel.
Remember to try to eat and stay hydrated. Remember to follow precautions and bind safely if you are binding. These include not wearing a binder for over 8 hours, stretching, taking breaks, and just breathing. And if you are tucking please follow precautions so you can do it safely. Just like binding, you shouldn’t tuck for over 8 hours. If you can take breaks, then it is advised. With both binding and tucking please read up on advises precautions for safety and possible risks. And remember that no matter what you are going though now, no matter how hard it will seem- it always gets better. I know this is something you’ve probably heard a lot but you only hear it because it’s true. It could get harder before it gets better but it does get better. Lastly, remember that you are loved and valid! I love you all! Stay safe!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love when people hide behind religion as an excuse for mistreating people. Idk about other religions but the Bible says stuff like “love thy neighbor as thy self” and “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of god” like I’m sorry KAREN but you’re no better than “the homosexuals” for treating them different. And why would god send someone to hell because GOD made them gay? Like bruh

Yeah. My mom grew up in a very Christian family and my dad's side of the family was all muslim. I was in egypt so I knew more of the Muslim side, but not Christianity because my mom didn't want to be religious. But really, God loves all his (or her or their) creations and that includes Lgbtqia+

    • @kirioun3269
      @kirioun3269 4 роки тому +48

I’m 14, have grown up christian, and still am christian. People who are saying that god doesn’t love gay people or the lgbtq+ community is EXTREMELY false. God loves everyone. It’s impossible for him to not love every single one of us for everything about us. People can be hateful regardless of their religion. I really hope we all can be loving of each other and accepting of each other. I hope my fellow christians will lead the charge in support. For now I just want to let each and everyone know- GOD LOVES YOU SO MUCH! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFUL JUST AS YOU ARE. ❤️

I really don’t like when people are forced to come out before they’re ready. It makes me mad, and then I get concerned for their safety. I’m one of the lucky people who have supportive parents. My parents were the ones who taught me what gay, lesbian, and transgender meant. My parents are literally the best. They don’t know everything about the community, and neither do I, but they do their best. My dad was trying to say LGBTQIA+, and I told him, you can just say LGBTQ+. I could’ve came out as transgender if I was, and they would’ve supported me. I hope to go to our local pride parade next year, as a spectator if not in it. Ace Pan pride.

My English class just finished reading the outsiders. While doing a review I mentioned to the kid next to me that dally loved Johnny so much, I think he's gay and that's pretty awesome (I'm bi). And he just goes "BRO. YES. HEY MISS DEON IS DALLY GAY FOR JOHNNY" and she goes "EVAN THAT IS AN INAPPROPRIATE QUESTION" and me and him busted out laughing because we couldn't handle the homophobia 😂

For 6:44 my mom was always careful about giving me and my sister things that were gender neutral if we didn’t choose them. Our room was painted yellow and our beds a mix of colors. But I still am obsessed with the color pink. Everything I own, if it can be pink; is pink. But that’s not because I am a girl, it’s because it’s a pretty color. My sister loved the color green so everything she has is green. Not for any particular reason. Just because it’s a nice color. Raising children gender neutral is not about a political ideology or something it’s just respectful and allows the child to choose what they like.

QOTD answer: School’s alright. Nothing exciting. I did make a plan with some friends to ambush each of my classes by saying “trans rights are humans rights” then putting a link in the chat to an lgbtq+ powerpoint i’m gonna make and promptly leaving. :) gotta educate the transphobes and homophobes (and possibly get in trouble- but it’ll be worth it)
edit: i should add i’m doing classes online

I’m a non-binary, and I always put my pronouns in my bio so people know. This one day, I was hanging out at my cousin’s house. I’ll call my cousins Callie and Noah. I always have been closeted about my pronouns with people in person and I don’t talk about it, so I never speak up if someone uses the wrong pronouns. I don’t remember the exact situation, but Noah said on my behalf, *"They* don’t want to play this game." even if that was just a simple sentence, that made me so happy. that was the first time I’ve heard someone use my correct pronouns.

Okay so i can relate to the “my class is debating whether I should be allowed to exist” trend. For the past few weeks my English teacher has gave us freedom to express different thoughts and opinions on genders, sexualities, and races. The first week we went into gender and sexualities. A lot of people joked in the chat that they would disown or even kill themselves or the child if they ever came out as being anywhere in the spectrum. I wanted to scream but LUCKY ME, i live in a highly conservative Latino Christian family. Totally don’t have anxiety because of them

You always include flash warnings, people's preferred pronouns, videos to catch us up on what's going on, and happy, safe messages at the end! I hope schools going good for you, for me it's definitely odd. Doing homeschool for the first time lol. Also, congratulations on coming out!!! I'm so happy your mom is supportive of you! If anyone is reading this who hasn't come out yet, just remember this : You can come out when you need to. Take your time, you deserve it. You are all wonderful and loved. No matter what happens, whether people don't except you or are just rude, everything will be okay. Take some deep breaths, have a nice shower, and make yourself some chamomile tea or something. Love y'all and stay safe! ❤❤❤

monday: dye your hair a new colour
    tuesday: wear cute hats!
wednesday: burn down your local chick fil a
thursday: let out all your frustration with the world by listening to sad music and crying
friday: treat yourself to a tasty snack at your local bakery/cafe/place that has snacks
saturday: go to the closest forest/park/lush, wild area you can find and collect pretty things like little flowers or feathers
    sunday: do whatever you want!

I'm doing online/in person for school so sometimes I'm in sometimes I'm not, but this took place with I was online. I was in my room during bio and my teacher private messages me with "hey I don't want to sound ignorant, but what pride flag is that?" And I'm super confused because my pride flag is on the other side of my room and I tell him this. He gets more confused and goes "no no, the blue one, above all the pop figures!" And i-....
