"we're never letting her chase after some stupid time-wasting dream. end of story." Grayson responds. "then I guess you'll have to accept losing your daughter for good then." kaltie said. "because at the end of the day, you'll soon realize that your making of a perfect daughter would end up backfiring when all of this scheming of yours blows up into your face. but luckily for you, it hasn't happened - yet. and you guys still have time to change that outcome - as long if you are willing to accept her ambitions and accepting someone for who they are." as kaltie turns to leave, both of ava's parents starts to reconsider their actions and they start to wonder if kaltie is really telling the truth the whole time. knowing that what they did is wrong, helen enter's ava's room and takes sight of a scrunched up flyer, and finds out where ava's going to: dharla's diner. "I think we know what needs to be done now." helen says, as she shows the flyer to grayson, and they leave the house to head to dharla's diner: AKA where ava's heading now. You know, people always say “they want the best for you”. And the thing is, they do. Unfortunately, they want *their* best for you, not *your* best for you. And this doesn’t make them mean, it just means they don’t understand you, you have to show them that this is who you are, and they need to accept it.
Boy.... talk about that dumb 23-year-old Disney sequel that was just the biggest mistake in my life to watch as a child because now it became my trauma and I'm still trying to fight through it to this day...
The parents are correct. Music isn't helping anyone. It's good as a hobby but not as a career. If you want to help people mentally, there's other ways to do that, like becoming a psychologist, nurse, lawyer, consultant, etc. Not a singer. The parents literally encouraged her to get into Stanford, that's more important. Stanford also has a music department I'm pretty sure. But it'd be better to be realistic + try to make an actual difference in the world.
Parents are so oblivious to the horrendous manipulation they do in the name of being "overprotective". There's an enormous difference between imposing your likes and dislikes on your children, clipping their wings, making puppets of YOUR dreams and being actually overprotective.
Yeah, talk about how terrible the Tramp, Ariel, and Simba were as parents to their kids.... I-I'm sorry, but seeing this video reminded me of how terrible those Disney sequels were just because of how manipulative they were to their kids, and I'm still trying to get over this childhood trauma but mainly with 𝘓𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘱 𝘐𝘐: 𝘚𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱'𝘴 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦... it was the WORST sequel of main characters becoming bubbly, happy-go-lucky, carefree characters to manipulative, overprotective, controlling, unsupportive, and harsh parents that know how to upset their kids instead of hearing them out and thinking before they speak before they go out and do something their parents will live to regret these days because of how hard they were on them
"Real love is accepting someone for who they are, not judging them or trying to change them." The moral of this video: We need to focus on what people look like on the inside not to judge on what they look like on the outside.

I didn’t see anything wrong about Ava pursuing a music career. It’s still a career and if she wants to pursue a music career, I’d say let her be, it ain’t harming nobody.
As someone who loves to play guitar and drums and dress in the punk-rock fashion, I relate a lot to Ava.
Here to support to DHARAMAN❤❤❤
