Yes, You can use but I will suggest you watch some review and comparison of it on UA-cam.
You can use any controller and receiver as long as you have enough channels

(The mechanism)
It doesn't have any yaw control, so it's all roll and elevation.
Put simply you roll it sideways until the direction you want to go is "up," pull up, then level back out.

i made a paper airplane that resembles an f22 raptor but it does really fly well since it has no motor and i, not the best at making things

Bro what is the total weight of this plane?
It tells us where to buy materials amazon but what size is the cardboard and is it single flute plus you have mesherments from wing to wing but not fro fuselage to tail I think to find centre of plane could be easy for balance but its working out over is the trick bit should put mesherments then people who want to make this plane if made properly it will fly make it wrong it won't y so to me its a waste of money and time. It does say how to make cardboard plane mesherments please if possible thanks

Most difficult to find is control horns which are not overpriced
Project is good, but not feasible - The controller itself cost Rs. 9000, imagine this you have a 9k controller but a cardboard plane. Does that sound appropriate?

If it's a 3S (11.1v) battery the motor's fine but the battery's probably too big and heavy.

Since it never actually flew the servo l horns where never used ....if you look closely the plain flying high is a delta shape and it's not an actual F22, which is flying in a left or right hand I can't remember which was taken from someone else's video. cheers...
