Wow very superb. Gr8
Thank you! Cheers!
I work at the railway and am the person driving in the last two shots. Very nice to meet you. You can see some of the steam engines working on my channel if you wish. including Owd Rosie!
Thanks for commenting,we had a good time with you all, friendly group, will check out your video's...Best wishes..Chris.
Very cool thanks for posting it. Have a great day everyone.
Thanks, you too! Glad you enjoyed the video.
Some great locos there Chris, especially 'Kestrel'...looks a very well maintained set up...Thanks for visiting...Bob
I was very impressed with this new model of the loco "Kestrel",this is a brand new model and was still on test,Rosie was disappointed they never had "Owd Rosie" out but we did see her in the shed.
Remarkably complicated track layout they have there. Quite a variety of motive power too. That Western's very nice.
Sure is a mass of track/points, a tunnel is now on the plans for the winter.
Thanks for your comments.regards Chris.
Interesting collection of Mardyke locos! I'll hopefully visit this one next year!
You should.I like these Mardyke as well.
Like the automated turntable Chris , a nice fun railway they have there
Nothing like a good kick to get it to go round, very quiet normally a lot more loco's and passengers. Thanks for your nice comments Dave much appreciated..Chris.
Great video, 👍 from India
Thanks for watching.
Great video, might try and go there at some point
Nice long ride, well worth a visit.
You can't win them all Chris....would have been great if it had been a day with Steam. The Western looked very smart, and sounded pretty good as it went along....Cheers.....Steve.
That's very true Steve, the railway has a steamer called "Owd Rosie" would have been great to have seen that out..LOL.
The Western did run and look good..Cheers Chris
That would have chuffed your Rosie....!!
Great fun😀.
We enjoyed our trip at Swanley........Regards Chris
Awesome.......!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
I worked on BR's railway and when our track made that same clackety -clack sound it meant that the tracks were becoming slightly loose from the sleepers. Somebody has obviously worked pretty hard on this project though, but give me the full size any time. Is there a lawn mower mounted on one to keep track clear?
Good old days..I also worked on BR,45 years, it was a great life.
i spent a weekend driving here a great little railway and fantastic people the web master of the web page invited me down we stayed with friends down that end of the country
It is a great track, will be good when the tunnel comes,I bet you enjoyed your weekend.Cheers Chris.
i did i am friends with peter at this track he built the new narrow gauge steamer and owns the a4
jimbo57109 Both nice loco's.
Lawn mowers, yuck! What a disappointment!
They do have steam, mainly at weekends (Sunday)..This was a mid week or Saturday visit if I remember correctly...We have to take whats running i'm afraid John, better that than nothing....Cheers Chris
@@wooltman We run steam as and when drivers are available. Let us know in advance when you're coming and we should be able to help next time.
Very judgemental old boy aren't you.!
