Fixing a warped area caused by the "Fit" tool

The "Fit" tool in Rhino tends to cause warping in areas where the curvature of a surface suddenly changes direction. Such like the middle of surfaces shaped like the letter "S". It's a common problem in NURBS surfacing which the automatic tools may not fix automatically, hence the need for an additional manual adjustment.
