The best song thay I ever heard! And the best work of Felip so far! This boy has so much depth in him! Lots of people under istimate him but no person with an ordenary brain can create such a masterpiece! Thank you dear Felip for this wonderful gift!
He really has been grieving the loss of his grandparents. And that was even around the time that MaPa came out. He was really emotional practicing his line. There are couple of interviews that he literally broke down and cried or teared up, saying he can't move on from that hurt. Because now that he has money to provide for them, he can't even give it to them anymore. He got a melting butterfly with two skulls as a tattoo in honor of his grandparents who raised him.
This whole album is like him publicizing his diary or his therapy sessions. I bet "Ache" felt cathartic for him. To just let it all out.

I read that Felip met his parents only Twice before he joined SB 19 because they had to go to Malaysia to work.Then both grandparents who raised him & his sister passed away recently. He had a rough life growing up.
Thanks for the RV!!! Serendipity that u heard this song hope more opportunities open up for u FELIP went through so much to get to where he is now. He said in an interview that the anger and sadness in his songs is not even half of what he feels inside 😢😢😢

Felip is undoubtedly the most creative and sought after artist in.d country and the entire sb19. I believe our Lord bless them much because they deserve it...their purpose, their faith that God will finally see their unwaveting efforts to pursue their dreams. I remembered a reactor - catalog - saying the title of this album is 7 sins- but there are 9 songs- first of the song is foes , last is the ache- so maybe these 2 songs are the result of the 7 sins
You could also see Foes and Ache as bookends. You have Foes which present themselves in the 7 sins and in the midst of the ache, when you are at the lowest, remember to look up to the light. That will take you above and beyond the 7 sins.

Fyi, in an interview, Felip said he was actually crying during the recording that's why there are cracks in his voice. He decided to keep the imperfections in the recording to keep the emotions authentic.

Ache is soooooo aching
I am sure Felip had a heart to heart talk with his parents prior to the release of this album embellished with some curse/coarse words. Someone from their acquaintances or their clan might misconstrue it as anger toward somebody.
Try digital nomads and come to the philippines with the kids, its cheaper here and youll have american kids with filipino hearts ❤

@KingFamilyReacts don't worry. Felip did say in the description that this album is best heard shuffled and no particular order because each time you listen, there's a different experience.
Maybe it is shuffled, but still ok listen even not in order because they said it can shuffle,i just coment because i heard you said it is the 2nd to last in the album..btw i really apreciate your reaction always in their song, so inspiring... God bless you.
