The one inch I added to the front is for ease, it’s totally optional you can choose not to add it to yours as long as your measurements are accurate or you can add it and treat it out later if it ends up being too big The one I inch added to the back is for the dart intake

If you ends up being too big you trim it out before joining the back pieces together with the front pieces

40/4=10+1=11
Hip 42
42/2 =21
F =21-1=20/2=10
Then increase the front hip to match with the waist line
