Can you clarify the burst window for me… isn’t it mark, shadow, kings, shiv, tea? Also are you supposed to use shadow outside of mark when it’s up again?
bleeds, mark, dance shiv/envenom/ kingsbane bleeds spam envenom, use tea if you drop below 50% energy on burst, it's okay to use it after shiv if you got 3 up. that's kind of the idea, of course using fillers like mutilate
My damage blows on assa in aoe... im only doing lower keys rn but i feel like its never worth using cds on trash packs cuz by the time im ramping, theyre all dead
That is true, but you lose more dmg overall by "saving for the perfect opportunity" than having a mob die with 5 seconds left of KB on it Just throw them out, you will see an increase in dmg

do you know why sometimes subterfuge doesnt proc when coming out of stealth, i see this problem on outlaw a lot

I used to have this problem and sometimes it was because I was breaking stealth with a trinket, be carefull with that is u have on-use trinkets
