Looking at comparisons it is definitely a ping related issue, Seeing your corrections in the parrying it works while tats stream even if he was blocking on the stab it went through near all the times. His attitude was odd but the ping difference is definitely there.
Yeah jadeite is heavier thats true. I didn't know at the time I thought they were about the same. I had a steel sword with almost no dura left (especially in the last duel, my hits did almost no damage) the other fights though which was heavier than his. And I still won 2 out out of 3 of those. Did you even watch his stream though, his blocking is terrible in these duels you can clearly see him blocking the wrong direction/missing blocks that you can see on his screen are not ping related at all. Yeah sure some stabs etc should definitely have been blocked if he had less ping but overall his behavior is clearly "mad cuz he's bad" in my opinion.
