Beautiful place.. had been to balalrayadurga some times 14 years ago it’s wasn’t this famous and was even more pure. We did a overnight stay in balalrayadurga.. was an epic trek and will cherish those great memories
Nice place. I had visited 3 years back. Been to kalabyraveshwara temple from Ghatikallu view point by trekking with guide from homestay. Also visited a falls nearby by. Visited the shooting spot of Ravichandran film Yugapurusha nearby in Kelagur Tea estate.

I recently did this trek. Missed ballalarayanadurga fort. It was raining whole day and we completed the trek to Bandajje arabi trek in the rain only... It was awesome... Ballarayanadurga fort is about 3kms from here and further 6 kms to arabi falls... It was awesome. You guys do go on this trek without missing! I'm planning to go to this place again on my new bike and visit ballarayanadurga fort!

His Swaroop and Suraksha, if you guys are still in Chikkamagaluru, try visiting Ballrayanadurga,, Bandaje Falls and also Rani Jhari or Jhari Falls. Ballarayanadurga is a 16th century fort which is all in ruins except for some remains of the fort wall but has a magnificent 360 degree view and the trek to Bandaje falls is really challenging but worth the effort. Saw this on a vidoe. hence sharing the info with you guys as the content was good but not the presentation in the one that I saw.
