First game I guess? This KR Climax Heroes is the first Kamen Rider franchise cross game so they probably... I don't know don't have enough times to make all the 3D models for all form? Not to mention it's gameplay are kinda shitty I mean change form uses the time limit gauge if it's Final Form I get it but COME ON!!!

So first of all ryuki got his final form, it doesnt make sense because from decade's series it doesnt exist BUt the story is pretty cool so i guess the person who made it just likes it Second Blade King form does exist in decade's series so i wont think far about it, overall its normal Third faiz Axel does exist though so as Blast form its just the animator prob doesnt have much time to make both so he just include axel Fourth Kiva Emperor form Yeah this doesnt exist in the series but its one of those rider that came from the same world as Blade king form so idk Fifth is hibiki he got the Fire form it doesnt exist as well in the series ill just assume the animator didnt have enough time to make the final form one Sixth Kuuga Doesnt have much of a reason.. like probably every form from kuuga has been showed in the series except for the black one so i realy dont know Seventh Agito weird fact but in Super climax heroes (wizard) to get that finish you would need to pick the one with the agito motor or idk what its called but yeah (the motor also exist in decade's series but not the burning form) so i guess they just put it in for fun Eight Kabuto in decade's series kabuto is just in his normal form so idk but he never showed that move hes always in the clock up form most of the time so yeah.. but honestly tho Hes normal Cast off form is better than his hyper finish (in my opinion) Nine Den-O Denliner form actually showed up in decade's series surprisingly (when decade is fighting the first ever kamen rider in super sentai's world) its kind of a miss shot but better than not having a second form 10nth decade bruh hes the main character of the game XD
