if i damaged council property i would be arrested and have to pay for the damage so , they should pay how ever much the cost if 20,000 they pay the full amount straight away not the taxpayer

The truckers in Canada didn’t block the whole city, it was a few blocks allowed by police they didn’t block ambulances and they also fed the homeless, cleaned the streets, and opened up the businesses that had been closed down and gave them a financial boost, until our fascist PM invoked the Emergency Act illegally and froze bank accounts, arrested innocent citizens who just wanted their voices heard!

I live in an ex communist country and I have been concerned for years the amount of communist support, growing every day, in western countries. We must rescue the Metropolitan Police from the grip of Sadique Khan. Our capital city is being muzzled to protect Sadiqu Khans preferred Muslim supporters. Policing the capital is a national priority, bringing the metropolitan police under national control will strengthen the policing and make the London area safer and return London to a city to proud of. How about making them pay for policing in advance, making them give the local councils a bond to pay for the cleaning up after the protest or festival, plus so local businesses can get compensation for the loss of business or added security needed for when the protest or festivals are going through the area.
Plus take away policing powers from mayors and put the in the hands of a policing minister who is the only one to give authority to any protests, festivals or any thing else to go head.
Why should taxpayers have to pay? Why should a mayor give permission for them to go head. Why is the public not being put first that pay for the policing and the cleaning up after. Why should businesses have to take the loss of business without compensation. Why do the majority have to accept they cannot go about their business because of a protest or festival they don’t want.
All these groups and protester groups should be classed as Terror groups, others have for much less.
Football clubs have to pay for policing at games, also nightclubs pay extra towards police...disgusting that this is given to these groups for free

Wake up, everyone thinks someone else will protest or politicise or get involved for resistance and change. This results in few getting active. Leaving the radical active to take control of social institutions and hence policy direction. The farmers did not prevent emergency services from doing their jobs, and did not prevent emergencies getting to hospitals. Where Palestinian (pro Hamas) protestors are concerned: we should send them to Gaza for 6 months to assist aid workers - let them live their protests on the streets of Gaza. This way they will gain first hand knowledge of what is really going on there.

How are the protests disrupting your life? The protestors are not all Muslim for one thing. They stick to pre agreed routes to minimise disruption and there has been remarkably little trouble at them.
