My question is that calcium multivitamins and E/Se have to give separate water or I can mix all three in same watering separate what I should give first

Bhai jaan, me from Mysuru-India. Can Coriander, Mint, Paalak etc can be given daily as soft food. Can it mixed with the soaked Wheat, Channa etc and given daily.? Please reply. I am under the impression that vegetables should not be given daily!!
