Dear Jordi, thank you so much for continuing to make meditations. Please make one about deserving. I have a problem with the idea that ‘I deserve’ or that I AM worthy of love, even my own love. It has to do with trauma at 2-3 weeks old as reported to me by my mother. It was embedded into my body that I did not deserve food, she had no baby formula, she refused to breastfeed me on a long Naval flight in 1946 from Florida to CA. I cried as a baby to collapse from exhaustion. Now at 78, I need to move from my home of 40 years and I need to create a new career to support myself. I’m finding it difficult to access the feeling of self-love and of deserving, of being worthy of my own efforts. Your meditations are making inroads into my subconscious mind and I am very grateful that I have a dash of hope.
