I'd love to see a "how the sausage gets made" video about your product design process. When do you start, who works with you on it, how do you decide which products to go with, etc. I find it all very interesting!
I love organizing! I just wanted you to know that I have used about 12 of the plastic pouches that the Stories-by-the-Month supplies come in as product organizers for DD... It has worked so well and I have even gone one step further and labelled them with my Dymo labeller so I can readily know what’s inside. It will be a breeze to put the Christmas supplies away when I’m done! Just awaiting my January kit to add another pouch to the collection - so useful!❤️
I just watt to say thank you for those videos throughout this month! It help me to focus on the good. This is my fourth year in DD and I enjoy this year like never! The product play and the prep party were so inspiring and your daily videos too. Thanks a lot!
I just loved this video, thank you! I can’t wait until I’m finished with my December album and can move onto storing it. I have actually worked on storage system quite a bit and one of my favorite storage tools is a clear acrylic drawer set. It is about 3” wide, 8” tall, and 6” deep with 3 drawers. Being clear, I can see everything I have at once. I have a drawer for each of these categories: rubber embellishments, metal pieces, and wood/cork embellishments. I would like to get one of the organizers you have for my washi tapes and ribbon! Right now, it’s a tangled mess. Thank you for sharing and for this entire season of December documenting. It really enhances the season for me as I am much more intentional than I would be otherwise. Much joy to you and your family!
I enjoyed this video! I'd like to see what you decided to donate and how you store/manage that, and what you decided to toss/recycle. I always like to see how people organize and what they do with leftovers after a big project. :)
Thank you Ali for all the inspiration throughout this project! Although I have been an admirer of yours for years, this was my 1st December daily. I just finished today! I had so much fun not only scrapbooking DD but also looking forward to all the video inspiration that I watched every night. I was not sure if I would have a story or picture everyday but it ended up being quite easy. My whole family got involved, like when I decided to make homemade eggnog for the 1st time, my daughter said "Are you putting that in December Daily" I wouldn't have even thought to take pictures of the process until she mentioned it LOL! You mentioned in this video how Tazhi stores her numbers. I was wondering if anyone else on your creative team have any organization videos you could share. I definitely could use some organization ideas and tips. Thank you for all you do!!
This was a great video Ali! Thanks for sharing how you organize your stuff at the end of the project! But it seems like you should have had more left over..... I think I would have liked to see more specifics about that -- did everything else go in the teacher basket? That would be good to know. Sometimes it's so hard to let things go. :) But if you can do it maybe I can too.
I honestly don't keep very much from year to year - especially for this project - because I'll have a whole new round for next year. My current basket to donate is overflowing.
Super helpful - thank you for sharing how you sort, organise and store your post DD supplies. 😊

I have you on my TV most of the time. Do you have the name of the plastic storage boxes. Thank you for all the videos. Loved them all.
