The show was almost awful, but Greg was always on topical point, super prepared, and his right-turns can make me belly laugh like no other, except possibly Conan. He was a fucking punk-rock genius of a comic, and I'm sad he never lived to execute his fame to the world.
I also saw Give It Up For Greg Giraldo last night. I held it together until Nick Swardson cried at the end. Smartest/funniest man to ever live. Thanks Greg.
He killed it on the Comedy Central Roast of Jeff Foxworthy. Finished law school at Harvard and then walked away to do comedy instead. He acted as defense attorney for Jeff Ross on an inciting a riot charge after he wrestled with an audience member with a toy gun that appeared too realistic. After two court appearances, Ross' case was dismissed. His death was a comedy disaster. RIP

What's ticking me off is that not one t.v. news station in So.Cal is covering his passing, yet everyone is talking about Lindsay Lohan's dumbass. My heart goes out to his loved ones.
