Hello i have one tick if pomodoro technique doesn't work for you what you can do is fix a task and do it without taking a break and when the task is done take break . If the task took 30 mins take 5-6 min break if task took 1.5 hour take 10-15 min break if 2 hours take 20-24 min break .this way you won't get distracted from task or studies. #chetchatters
Every time I make a routine, I put math to study on the first study hour. But some sums take a lot of time and I just mess up my routine. When I put two hours to study math, I finish it too fast and I rest too much which makes me say "I'll follow my routine from tomorrow" and that tomorrow never comes. I never succeed in following my routine for this kind of reasons.
