    48?!?! His character on “Psyche” makes me feel “young” because he and the character of Sean are always acting young. I thought they were in their late 30s in the last movie (not young but not nearing 50). This is a “young at any age” type thing!

  • @judgeholder8112
    @judgeholder8112 Рік тому

    Married couples/partners shouldn’t fuss or argue at all. I find it too toxic and stressful. It’s very unconstitutional to argue about anything that is pointless and meaningless. Arguing creates a toxic situational environment and anyone can easily get affected by it. I respectfully disagree with that pretty relationship expert on Jennifer Hudson when she said, “arguing is normal and healthy for any relationships.” It’s not healthy. When parents repeatedly use hostile argumentative strategies with each other, some children can become distraught, worried, anxious, and hopeless. Children and adults can develop sleep disturbances and health problems like headaches and stomachaches, or they may get sick frequently. It puts them in the position of having to do something very grown up - and something they have little likelihood of being able to do. These negative effects can include sleep disturbance and disrupted early brain development for infants, anxiety and conduct problems for primary school children, and depression and academic problems and other serious issues, such as self-harm, for older children and adolescents. Children and adults who are exposed to this type of conflict will often become anxious, distressed, sad, angry, and depressed. These feelings result in sleep disturbances, poor performance at school, and difficulty focusing. In the longer term, these kids may become unable to manage conflict and form healthy adult relationships. For some young people, exposure to high conflict divorce, interpersonal violence and stressful home experiences can lead to complex mental health concerns and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), Developmental Trauma and a lifetime of increased risk of further trauma.

    Applause to Dule and Jazmyn's marriage and their beautiful children. Nonetheless, Dule is on his second marriage (1st was 8 years) with Jazmyn (5 years in April), and they haven't been married long enough to spew marital advice in a book. We don't see Denzel's wife writing books on marriage, and they've been married for 30 years.

      I thought I was the only one thinking that. I think 20 is when it starts to become impressive.

      @@wood5495 I agree 20+ years of marriage may warrant marital advice. I've been married for over 8 years, and I'm often unimpressed with myself in the marriage. People need to stop playing as if marriage is easy. Longevity doesn't always equate to couples being experts on marriage. Love is good and woozy until we have problems.
      Michelle Obama impressed me by telling the world that her marriage to Barack wasn't perfect. Jazmyn is delusional. She's just getting her toes wet after 5 years.
      I am impressed with my uncle who was married to his late wife for over 50 years. For the last two years before she died in 2022 from kidney cancer, he was her caretaker. I saw the love between the two of them.
