Hey man I was wondering how long I should wait before taking the senkos out of the mold and where can I get a distributer to make my bags for packaging
Another great video. Thanks. After watching you for years now, I may finally be thinking about getting some molds and plastisol to make some stuff for myself and a few close friends.
Tungsten powder…. For weighting the front, mid or tail end. There was a company that did them years ago. On a open pour style worm. They even had a fluke style also
Another great video. In Arizona we do a lot of night fishing. I fish nights year around, I like throwing big baits the 7" stick bait in the moon light is great.
Very Very Nice. I'm just imagining a coffee/w cream bottom, pearl blue center, and a watermelon/red flake top through a triple injection mold. would be so awesome.
These molds are really cool. I would love to see them do these same type of molds with a worm like the open pour Mojo worms they have. That type of worm, but completely round instead of having that flat side.
@@WorldsWorstFishing I'm thinking a little fatter though, more like the Strike King Bull worm was what I had in mind. That same shape, but more girth. Just a thought.
True dual purpose mold, the first short pour you had turned in to a ned worm. Perfect for the guys/gals that want to use one mold for several types.great job?
Sweet video! I Al Having some issues with “faint lines” on my Plastic. Looks like cold cracks? Any tips or tricks to get rid of those? I was injecting and pouring this mold. Thanks !
Fun video! Made me think... Could you use the same type of process with the core shot molds & make some Canadian green worms? Capsule one side, fill with the rod, & core shot the 3rd color?
Awesome, love the videos! The salted and unsalted worms made me wonder if you could do a self righting swimbait laminate with floating plastic on the top and sinking on the bottom for weightless finesse fishing in shallow water. Could something like that be done in dual injection?
I'll have to give it a try. I'm working on some custom designs that I've been 3d resin printing and casting in silicone molds, but I'm thinking they would work good as a soft plastic. I might have to get some plastisol and a microwave... luckily I already have all dyes and mica powders and glitter from doing epoxy castings and pen blanks. Crap, I think I might be adding another hobby..... 🤣
you think that they will make core shot in 6 inch 7 inch 3 inch and 4inch i have a mold its a 5 inch with hook slot i catch a lot of fish with it I hope angling ai do something like that
Now this gonna sound weird, but hear me out. A 2" stick bait for crappie fishing? I have caught several bigger crappie on 3.5" ned rigs, but I'm thinking a 2" stick worm with 1/32 or 1/16th oz crappie jig could catch all sizes of crappie! Love the video. Hope everything is going good after your surgery!!
Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone knows of a baitmaker that can make 3" grub like the Mr twister meeny tail with core colors? Appreciate any help!
@@WorldsWorstFishing his theory on the phone said that hand pouring stayed softer/more flexibility….said the injection tends to create a stiffer bait….going to have to break out his old molds now

Why doesn't a company, Angling A.I., Epic, Fat Guys..etc call April and ask if they could purchase Del's old CAD work. Keep Del alive! If it weren't for Del, many of us would still be using silicone. This would also help April out. Just saying.
Most of their work was department of defense contracts...lure molds were a small part of his operation. I would suspect that April and their colleagues have steady work. That is the information I received anyhow.
How bout those molds!!! Link here: anglingai.com/stick-bait-molds/

The bigger the bait the better. IMHO, Top quality work.
Just getting into making my own baits and really enjoy all of the tricks and tips you give us. Thank you!

Great vid! That green and brown is great!!
Learning a lot from your content, keep it going
Trying to figure out the best injectors

No limits
Good idea with those molds Josh
💪
Love those stick baits. Just started pouring some of my own.
Welcome to the hobby

My new ribbon tail worm mold comes in tomorrow I'm so excited, thank you Chris for getting me into the hobby!!!
Awesome to hear
Killer video yet again. Love that built on Neko. And the way you did the laminate. Very neat.

Thanks man
Very good looking molds!
They are nice
@@WorldsWorstFishing I was looking online which new molds I wanted... then I got the alert you posted a video lol

Awesome as always Chris. You should be a professional speaker. Your so well Spoken!
Thank you...I used to be nicknamed *the DJ for my radio ready voice ha
I had high hopes this was gonna be a ring style swim bait! Awesome molds though! Great video as always!
i thought the same. wish they’d make one!

Sounds fun
I am moving but the molds are waiting for me. As soon as I unpack the bait making will be back on. Your new molds are beautiful.
Awesome..a new shop will be fun
The way the 6 inch looked so big made me proud.
Haha
Thank you for yet another great video ++
Thanks
Excellent video as always. Question, what temp did pour the second pour on the incapsulated worm?
This style of mold is the best core shot mold. I have the 3,5&6 inch.
I'm going to get a 4 inch and another 5" .

Something that long and thin might be hard to top pour maybe

Will do!!
Those silver blue and copper ones remind me of a bait fish.. I love that color scheme
Thanks
Is there kit you can buy that has everything to start with or do you have to get all separate? I’m have trouble finding a kit. Thanks in advance.

Possibly yes
What would you say is the most essential pieces to get for someone looking to get into this?

That is such a cool idea, hopefully he experiments with this. I'd love to see if that works
Anything is possible I think
I use the feather light on my ribbon worms, and black sink on most of the body, and it works!

I accidently did that opposite one time using remelts for half.
It floated upside-down nicely. Lol
Still want do learn more hand pouring thanks for the video.
🙏🙏
Is it possible to do a core shot with these new molds?
Where do you get your liquid pour.
you think that they will make core shot in 6 inch 7 inch 3 inch and 4inch i have a mold its a 5 inch with hook slot i catch a lot of fish with it I hope angling ai do something like that
I would like to see you do some with a hollow head so you can put a weight hook in it. Thanks
What is your opinion of using an amount of sinking plastic instead of salt mixed into the worm blend?
The salt is needed still to achieve the sink you get with a normal senko
Well thanks to this awesome video. Now I have a new list of AI molds that I want to get. Watching this video is once again twisting my rubber arm. 😄
😜😜
Question…why is the floating blend not suitable for hot plate open pours? Does it burn easily? But it would be ok as long as a hot plate isn’t used?
It works great for hot plate pouring...
@@WorldsWorstFishing their website suggests otherwise. But I will defer to your experience. I’m just more interested in baits That float. Thanks!!
I’m an old broke vet with idle time on my hands. I’ve ordered molds. Next is plastics. Lol😆
Welcome to the hobby
What if you put salt filled ones on the tips but do the middle with normal plastic to see if it give more wobble
Where can I get this top pour mold
Angling Ai molds
Miss the divider cup and tilting cup holder!
Still got both!
👍👍👍
The thumbnail I thought was partial stick baits that were laminated with clear in a larger mold.
Could you maybe do a salmon egg mold video
no more rubber O rings.... time to pre-place split rings in the worm :D
Yep

Haha takes some practice for sure

what you say hot hot hot...what temp are you talking?
370+
If the brown was a little lighter on the divider cup pour it would have been true mint chocolate chip
I agree
@@WorldsWorstFishing great video and thanks for the help on getting started in bait making
I my self would be scared to pour with salt added. I’d cry if I wasted plastic 😂
Salt makes things difficult for sure
I got a comment from u saying u had something special for me , was that real ?
I got a screenshot to prove it .
So according to del, god rest his soul… said the flexibility of a hand pour is better than injection……
Allows for "more" I agree
