Today we will make Chicken Hot and Sour Soup.
Ingredients:
Chicken
Carrot
Beans
Cabbage
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Chilli Sauce
Green Chilli Sauce
Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Cornflour
Egg
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Procedure:
Boil chicken, garlic, ginger, and onion in water. Add salt to taste and cook. Now, remove the chicken pieces, garlic, ginger, and onion. Add black pepper to the chicken stock. Add carrot, beans, cabbage, and pealed chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes. Add all the sauces. Beat the egg and slowly add to the soup. Add cornflour slurry and stir well. Take it out in a bowl. Chicken hot and sour soup is ready to serve.
