One of the best underground gold mine tour because the mine never closed from 19th century it has been always open owned by the same family. Your not getting a fake setup mine or even a modern looking mine.
Thanks for the video... i used to work underground gold mine here in australia and we used to drive into the mine and had trucks going down into the mine
Very cool tour!!! Will have to check it out next time we're out that way. If you ever get out to the black hills in South Dakota there's a couple of mine tours and old mines.
HEY MAN! Been out here for 35 yrs. and I still haven't went through those mines? Thanks to you. I just did. I've done a lot of bow hunting closer to Victor. And back in the day when I was a bit younger. I built the Double Eagle and did a lot of the remodel on the Gold Rush casinos. Great video. Very informative. Later man.
i liked it before they started gambling there, it was nice with out that,🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀 it had a nice place for icecream, that last time i was there i was really sad that it changed 🙀🙀🙀🙀⌛
That was cool! Neat to see some operations still using "bucket and rail" still!

I went a few years back...did some gambling and it was he best experience ever...It was like a flashback in time!
Cool beans
At least the miners don't have to worry about sun spots, and sun burns as much as people working outdoors.
I use to work in the mines for 6 years running a excavator loading haul trucks
We kept the ore car connected to the track muckr. Saves time! Just saying!
That was cool , I`ve been down a coal mine 400 ft this is alot cleaner & air powered .
Is this the Mamie R mine?
How much was the tour in the mine?

I work underground in a gold mine in Fiji Islands.
I've operated all those type of hoists, stopers and jackeleg drills. Hate it, its a sucky job.

That's it I'm going to be a gold digger. I'm literally going to dig gold out 😀
Interesting but to small a place for me.
Where is the weed shops
Deeper in the mine.

When I went there in the early 80s it looked like the town was dying.
