Hi Judy your such a huge inspiration as far as fasting . Back in 2020 I fasted for 18 days felt and looked amazing . But fast forward now it’s been super hard and I binge a lot but I wanna fast so badly but day 1 is hard to get by! Any tips?
I am almost on day 5 that is 110 hours water fasting and feeling good. Not hungry much or weak. Am even involve in some cooking birthday party yet still have strong control over food. Am glad I am able to ignore food for the first time in my life and this is because you that so much inspired me. My problem os that it seems am not losing weight. At this point only lost 5pounds. What is it am doing wrong. I only do take 6 capsules of electrolytes per day , 1 capsule of hair defense,and drinking water as I could. Why I my not losing much weight as I should?😢
Babe, I’m so glad you have developed such great mind power, I’m so proud of you 😍 You are probably retaining a lot of water right now but it should go away soon. Water retention could be as a result of too much sodium in the body, so I would suggest, reduce your electrolytes capsules to only 3 per day, for today and tomorrow and see if that helps. Also, coffee can help (plain coffee) because it is an amazing diuretic, it will help you release all that water. Please try this and let me know 💕
My update as promised. This is my day 10. And have lost 11.5 pounds. Even though I did not lose much like you but am happy of my result and I look younger and slimmer. Now weighing 169pounds. Have notice I stopped losing weight at day 8. Stated losing only 100 grams or 200 grams only instead of 800 grams or 900 grams earlier days. I believe my body is doing some resistance. What do you advice me to do? End the fast eat for like few days and continue or continue this one to may be 14 days because I have a state exam on the 14th of this month...
I am so so proud of you love! 11.5 is no joke and don’t ever feel like it’s not a lot. For me, I lose weight quickly and I gain it quickly, now that’s not a good thing. I wouldn’t stop honey, if you are still feeling great, TRUST THE PROCESS and keep going.. the body might resist but then it all comes off in a few days, you will see! If you break this fast before your godly, getting back into another one is always mentally difficult, so take advantage of the momentum you have going right now.. on your day of exams, if you need an energy boost, drink like a quarter cup of bone broth, or coffee with a teaspoon of butter.. it will not break your fast but you will feel so much better Keep updating us love! 💕💕
I fasted for 159 hours last weekend/this week. Before the last morning I almost break (I was on the food delivery app) but than I taught I'll just go to sleep and see what brings the next morning... And the next day I had absolutely no power, I had headacke, i felt dizzy so I decided to break the fast...Tomorrow I'll start again with a 5 days fast, and after Easter I try again a longer one, because in this 159 hours ( ok let's say 7 days 😅) I'v lost 5,2 kg 🎉.... I also took vitamins and electrolites so I don't raelly know what was a problem.... But I'll try again....
Same girl, same… but since I’m aware of the irritability that comes with fasting, I tend to walk away from triggers.. and sometimes it’s intense, and I notice it, I take a nap and feel better
Hi Miss Judy, I love and admire your determination. Please what's the alternative to bone broth, let's say one is on an emergency trip and need to break the fast away from home. What's the safest alternative?
Hey love, nice to read from you again.. You could buy the store bought broths.. or if I’m a restaurant you could ask for vegetable soup.. I know some people who have broken with avocado and we’re just fine. If no other options, soft boiled or soft scrambled eggs will do, but start slowly

You could try, but listen to your body, it it says no, then stop. Personally I just like to do minimal, like just walking, and I they back to working out after my fast
I did my fasting November last year for 30 days and lost 21kgs.

Try to get busy until day 4x that’s when it gets easier.. drink coffee or tea when you need to, without sugar of course

Could have been withdrawals maybe.. also try increasing your electrolytes whenever you feel weak..
