" I failed to be alike Job and cursed God but I still hope in Jesus Christ The Lord 🙏 please pray for me brothers and sisters in Christ so that I May find forgiveness from God The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ and ours 🙏 thanks 👍
I have been told this story over and over because of what i have endured following what God says from BIRTH! And i know i will not get back what i have lost because a child's life growing up and taught to hate me.............well that life time will not be given back to me because God won't make an adult have to go back to being that little girl who called me daddy. At most i will get an adult child that looks at me no differently than she would a stranger on the street. So i choose not to be in that world to live forever the pain of what was destroyed.
God's level of holiness is deadly. Even the angels surrounding the Throne are literally on fire. The satan described by the book of Job must be one of the Holy angels. As angels are not all knowing, this particular angel was having doubts about Job's character. So God gave this particular angel powers of destruction and evil to use against Job. Of course, God, in his all-knowing abilities, knew that Job would emerge victorious in all his trials. We all have those angels who are doubting our faith in heaven, but unlike Job, we fail. Why me, why God. I pray every day for the faith like that of Job in Jesus' name.
@ChizuWorshipSong very confusing indeed, Job 1:12 Satan received the power to test Job. It's only God who created and controls fully the forces of nature (Job 38:35. Psalms 135:7) God uses even the evil for his purpose ( Joshua 11:20, Romans 9:17, Exodus 9:16, Deuteronomy 2.30). The sabeans and chaldeans' actions were directed by God. Permission was granted for them to unleash their barbaric nature on Job. The knowledge of angels is not like that of God. God is the infinite source of prophecy, he knew the story of Job even before the confrontation and how it ended. Satan is not a name but simply describes an action. Come the next age Job will count 6 daughters and 14 boys. God's wisdom is infinite. Isiah 45:7 I form light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
@ChizuWorshipSong But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but man’s.” - Matthew 16:23 Jesus called Peter satan. Does that mean Peter is the famous 2 horned creature? No. His actions were an adversary to God's purpose. Ask yourself this: if nothing unclean can stand before the Throne of God, then how then is "satan" (two horned creature according to men) who is the 'king' of sinners able to stand before the Throne without being destroyed? Would that not make God to be a hypocrite (sorry to write that. had to)?
@@TshepisoMagomane And i found this and understood. Peter had just moments before declaring Jesus as the Christ, he turned from God’s perspective and viewed the situation from man’s perspective, which brought about the stern rebuke: “Get behind me, Satan!” Jesus went on to explain: “You do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men” (Mark 8:33). At the time, Jesus’ stern reprimand did not make sense to Peter. However, Jesus’ indictment presents a profound message for us. We can easily see that Peter had the wrong perspective of God’s plan for Christ’s suffering and death. But we must also see how easily we can become an unwitting spokesperson for Satan. This is especially true when we lose sight of God’s plan for us. This comes about when our focus is on our careers, our possessions, our security, and the things of the world rather than upon sacrifice and service and the proclaiming of God’s message. When Peter’s focus shifted to his own desires and plans, Jesus rebuked him in order to get him back on track. May our focus always be on God and His plans, that we may never experience a similar rebuke from our Lord.

In the original Hebrew, God does not ask Satan where he’s been. God says to Satan “You have set your heart on my servant Job” 🙏🏻✝️❤️

i almost got confused on how the lord would grant satan a power just to test job

@@TshepisoMagomane Thank you, so the word satan is also use for evil action or naming other ungodly things. That is why sometimes it is confusing.
