the doom slayer isn't just a mindless killer infact he is quite precise and concious only going on the attack when they threaten earth due to him being a primordial. not to mention that 1 it is cannon when he runs out of ammo that demons begin to weep and 2 it's also cannon that they dropped an entire layer of hell onto him and he was only stunned for a moment. He also isn't against killing angels and often times is willing to do so if they threaten him or the earth. and for fact number 3 he isn't dead from doom eternal instead what happened was they re sealed him in his coffin that will activate if another invasion happens releasing him but even stronger.
Did you forget about all the demons going up to Earth like Verosika, I.M.P. and Solas? There has not been a single time they were up there and didn't spread either STDs or straight up kill people. Plus one look at daily life in hell and he will probably still attack given how they all usually are. Seriously look back on all the streets of the Pride Ring and you'll see you can't walk 10ft without something happening or finding a corpse.
Corrupted angels are demons in his eyes, he killed the ruling queen of angels because she was allowing Demons to run amok in worlds with people that they use to harvest bodies and souls for Hell's army. He killed God and Satan when they threatened the saftey of humanity and other worlds yet to be conquered.
