This is an easy one day job you can do with your mini excavator. Here im demolishing a shed with my Kubota KX91. This job was easy access so it made the demolition process pretty easy.

I was quoted $8500 to level a yard and spread a couple of yards of topsoil and stones 😂
Rented a machine for $350 had a blast doing it with my family. Took an hour to get used to the controls and I absolutely loved every minute of it. My daughter cried when they picked it up at the end of the day 😂

Do you kind of figure a certain price per hour or do you just quote the job as a set price? Have you ever had anyone question a price or want an itemized bill?

I quote jobs as a set price. I break my quotes down to general categories (example: disposal, labor, trucking, etc.. )

Yes, I pull them for larger demo jobs. But since their replacing the shed with the same size I leave it up to the customer.
